A wonderful hotel with a boutique feel, it's the perfect antidote to the drab chains the have sprung up around Ostrava

The environment and rooms are beautiful. But the breakfast was a disappointment. All most everything was finished and the staff didn't do nothing to fill up the table eg. juice, cheese was finished.

All good..lack of elevator hence building is rather old. Perfect for transfer with family and for business trip

I have some mixed feelings about this hotel, but overall I can definitely recommend it.
The building itself is incredibly beautiful, which makes the whole stay better. The calm and ellegant atmosphere is accentuated by the nearby park and the fact that this area of the city is generally very calm and quiet.
The rooms are clean and beautiful as well, although I did run into a few things that could use some work. Namely the shower head in the bathroom was leaking slightly, which is not a big issue, but it could be replaced. Also I found the bed to be very uncomfortable, making it hard to fall asleep at night. This might vary room to room and definitely depends on personal preference as well, but I personally had a bad experience in that area.
The staff here is welcoming and helpful, and the friendly vibe made my stay all the more pleasant.
There was also a lot to choose from during breakfast - fruit, breads, cheese, meats, beans, cereal... I think anyone would be able to find something they'd like here. It's also very relaxing to sit outside and sip some tea/coffee/juice when its warm.

Super comfortable and well located B&B! Easily the best part of the place though is the super friendly staff - they were patient, generous, and quick to offer their help throughout the trip.
Next time I’m in Ostrava I’ll definitely be staying there.

Disgusting 🤢!
I a lot of travelling but never seeing it before....
No higiene...
I have pictures...
Every morning when was waking up from bed I was get more and more 🐛 bugs stings...
The cleaners no cleaning
Under the bed
Thousands dust...

The guy with sport clothes in reception doesn't speak English
One morning was call in reception saying :
Can I please order black coffee in my room?
Guy with sport clothes :
What t black?
Me :
Black coffee please

Was late in bussnes conference
But still hope that I get BLACK COFFEE ☕
was calling 4 times, no answer.

Finally when I back from my business conference...

Cleaner was forget after cleaning room the lock my Door...
There was important documents and my passport....
It's just terrible.....
Can't say more....
It's only 1 plus find is it was the beauty lady always smiling in reception with professional clothes.
