Where to stay with pets in Ostrava

Great service. Extremely clean. Lovey food/ wine/ beer. Location a little out of the way but certainly didn’t spoil anything.

I stayed at room 120 and it was really nice!! The slipper at the room is not that nice, but other than that it was great!! Very wide and much better than the normal rooms!!

I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights while on a business trip and was the best choice! The room was very nice and cosy, the restaurant also, and they have a big parking place. The hotel staf is nice and helpful!

I spent a week in this structure for work, the room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was large and functional; the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast to try! I will be back

The rooms were ok, the restaurant was fantastic and the service impressive

Clean, wonderful patio and restaurant. The staff was impeccable.

Stayed here for business trip, everything was OK. The location is very good. It is convenient to go everywhere. The hotel room is a little small, but it's OK. The breakfast is also very rich. It's good.

Stayed in room 414, liked the fact that it had a microwave! The only downside of this hotel is that you need to walk up stairs to the lobby. (Photo is of the lounge -＞ has electric kettle there)

I would like you to indicate the entrance of the hotel's parking lot connecting with Google/Apple maps. The hotels in the city centre sometimes have no parking lot or hard to find a entrance of parking

The room is very nice, the location is great, the breakfast is very good, and it is also nice to go out for dinner and enjoy the scenery. The hotel has a parking lot where you can park

Wonderful stay , room was perfect clean and the bed and pillow was so comfy . Check in was easy and breakfast was lovely not too over complicated but had all the stuff you needed .

Very good hotel and location is good too.

The staff was amazing !! So friendly , happy to help with a big smiles on their faces. The only downfall was no cattle in the room , which any hotel should provide .

Clean room, good location and staff were very nice

Great location, everything normal, bed ok, good shower. Internet mediocre. I don't like physical metal keys in a keychain. Tram stops right at the corner. Not many amenities. Restaurant Ok-

Friendly hotel, modern equiped & clean rooms, perfect breakfast. Just narrow bed in single room...

Nice and comfortable room for affordable price. Breakfast was amazing and staff was very kind and friendly. Only downside is that there is no air conditioning in the room so it can get quite hot in there

Very helpful staff, nice room, very good breakfast. Location just perfect and price reasonable. Only downside is its relax-center that is closing at 20.00 (could be longer). Will for sure consider it for future stays.

Barely have amenities. Really bad all-in-one wash/shampoo. Location is good, very near restaurants and shopping cente

10 mins, # 14 tram, ride from main train station (get off at Elektra stop about 7 or stops from station) and then a 2 mins walk to hotel

It was good because it was located on Old Street. There is a large shopping mall near Tsuhi, so it is very convenient to visit. Also, the breakfast was relatively satisfactory.

The entire stay and experience was very acceptable. Nice place, professional staff and good food. Location within the town was great.

The hotel location was excellent and had adequate parking for guests. The restaurant in the hotel served an excellent breakfast and had a nice area to sit outside

This is an affordable hotel to stay. It’s cheaper to stay on monthly basis rather than daily. The hotel manager is nice and understanding. The location offers flexibility for commuting

Even though it's called Lowcost, it's definitely not low quality. Very nice little rooms, clean, sufficiently equipped, comfortable beds and simple, but nice interior. Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out

One thing though, the curtains are light, so in the morning, it's too bright in the room

There’s a bus stop nearby and breakfast is possible but you have to pay for it

I stayed in transit as part of a bus tour. It was a typical student dorm. It was winter, so the room was comfortable. The electric kettle didn't work, so I had to use the one in the shared kitchen on the floor

Breakfast included scrambled eggs, two sausages, bread, sliced ham and cheese, natural yogurt with muesli, tea or coffee with a slice of cake, and apples and pears

Staff is very professional and friendly, rooms are stunning (one cons is that not all rooms have AC, my friend has one but I got only fan, so there is pretty hot 🥵 in the room)

I must say that I am surprised by this hotel. growing up in this area I always thought and heard about bad reputation of this hotel. Well this has changed once I stayed here

Profesionalni obsluha, vyborne jidlo, prijemne prostredi, jak v lobby baru, tak v hotelove restauraci. Doporucuji jak pro soukrome, tak firemni akce...

Great value and a solid choice for a buisness trip. Parking is easy and felt safe. Staff was realy friendly and I even got a free upgrade

Old hotel building but it has been renovated to be good value for money. Biggest problem is lack of AC. Fan was available in the room. Parking is not free of charge but EV charging was free of charge (3x 11kW chargers)

The hotel is very good, the environment is good, and the breakfast is rich. The bus station is not far away. A few hundred meters. Convenient for travel

Very good location, very good service and good breakfast.

There's a tram nearby, the front desk staff are very helpful, the room is very clean and comfortable, and breakfast is included, so you can have a nice bite to eat before heading out.

The place is ok. It looks more a hostel than a hotel, but it is ok specially for students.

Clean room, practical, space, breakfest, parking, all perfect

Very nice beatiful clean place

The vibe was a little weird - it literally shares space with a dorm. The room was very clean and there was light housekeeping daily. The breakfast spread was good with lots of options and really good coffee

visitor, first time in Czech Republic. Here is my honest review about this hotel and its staff. I chose the hotel because it's a walk from Ostrava bus station, and not by appearance, night/room price

The front desk girls are very friendly and helpful in providing instructions and directions to places in the city. All of them communicate in fluent English. Access to public transportation is readibly available

Staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast was nice and the hotel itself is great for the price

Breakfast is available for an extra. The hotel can be intended for young people, students visiting Ostrava. Rooms can house up to 2 people. As there are 2 Junior/ personal beds in each room

The wall outlets are slow to useless when charging phone and other devices like laptops, and battery packs. The lights go out on the hall, and only come on under motion sensor

I'll tell you the negative aspect first and the positive aspects later. My review is based on facts I noticed, and not on my opinion. This hotel is not for everyone

Very lovely, modern and clean accommodation. Fantastic location indeed. We received a call asking if we needed anything. Very hospitable, would recommend.

We would have to catch the tram for about 9 stops to get to the mall. The tram was right outside the villa which made it easy for my family to use. All in all it was a lovely place to stay and met our needs

Very nice place, clean rooms comfortable mattress. Quiet neighborhood, close to the tram and amenities. Very friendly staff and owner.

Excellent service. Thanks again to Martina, who was very understanding and nice.

I loved this quaint little place for us to stay but it was fairly far from the city life and to find quick and easy places to eat or buy groceries which we needed and would have liked to have had the option

The included breakfast is a definite bonus, and the location, being so close to the main square, couldn't be better. The one major drawback is the additional daily fee for parking

Good small hotel in good location. Tasteful breakfast

We stopped in Hotel Ruby Blue for one night. We are 2 adults and a small dog. Good bonus that’s dogs are allowed in premises

This hotel sets a remarkably high standard considering the price. The view from the window was a highlight. The receptionist was incredibly kind, and their helpful recommendations made my stay much more enjoyable

I'd highly recommend it and will remember this hotel for my next trip to Ostrava

We got room in the 4th floor, it was clean, spacious, has TV, minibar, conditioner, as well what interesting the earplugs in case it’s loud. The hotel situated in the city center, surrounded by lots of bars and cafes

Location is good, within 10 mins to the tram station and a few stops to main train station. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Also 10 mins walk to the park. The hotel is a bit old with basic amenities

Room was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was decent and location was near the city center.

The hotel is located on a very accessible part of the city, which make it easy to visit the city by walk or even to take the public transport

Good & helpfully staff.Nice rooms. Good location on the city center , close to pubs& restaurants . Slight problem for car parking.

great location, place pretty quiet, elevator, the only disadvantage is no aircon in the room

Good place in the city center. Stayed during the festival time, staff were aupoortive

Great place for a weekend getaway Two thumbs up !!! Fantastic location, walking distance to virtually all attractions and shopping, friendly and professional service, great breakfast, parking spot available..

For the price a really amazing place to stay in Ostrava! It‘s close to all the main sightseeing places (beware though: There is not much to see. And on the weekend there‘s literally nothing to do

We had to do a daytrip to Prague because the city was so dead. ) and bus and trains are also very close. The room was clean and for two people it‘s very spacious

We broke one glass and the employee very kindly said that it‘s fine and we didn‘t have to replace it. The bathroom is also very big and clean

The kitchen area is a bit tiny which can be annoying, if more than one person wants to cook

Very nice location close to everything clean rooms but just missing a fan. The rooms are very hot and windows don't give enough fresh air.

The location is on the outskirts of the town and there are not that many places to eat nearby. We did find a bar called Carlos around the corner which served food

All good. Just the spa its not included.

I was excited!! :) Very funny was the cat robot for collecting the dishes :D My feelings are very positive and not last visit in this hotel. I look forward to the next visit. You do great work!! Thank you very much!

Eggs, pancakes, porridge, garlic soupe, yoghurt, vegetables, fruits, hams, cheese, desserts, nutella, peanut butter, much types of bakery products. Great coffee and juice, teas Wonderful work all team in restaurant

Room 426 was clean - good job from cleaner Lucy :) The beds were comfortable. Maybe some small fridge is missing here - I think that is normally in hotels

We looked forward to breakfast every day because the food was very delicious. Huge range - salt and sweet and all fresh, yummy

It was a good penzion in ostrava. few minutes ride away from the city center. everything was good but tv was not working. glasses was not washed which they kept to drink water or something else

Very good hotel with good quite localisation. Room quality was very good, bathrooms are good as well. Host is very pleasant and helpful. There is also a swimming pool at the property

it was cleaned and nicely arranged. the old lady who was taking care of the property was a very good. i will recommend ths place for anyone

Atmosphere of this place is very nice, have never seen such creative arrangement of the hotel

For my family we decided that we won't stay again. Nice people, but we didn't like the style of the hotel. Photos and the description didn't explain that. Small numbers with huge beds and lots of different stuff

It seems like no air to breath

Check in and check out we're easy and fast, and since we were there for a sports competition in the nearby sports hall the location was perfect. Lots of parking spots with cameras to them as well

Comfortable rooms for affordable prices, and nice food in the restaurant as well! There are about 6 different beers on tap from industrial breweries, I had a Pilsner Urquell and a Radegast 12 that I enjoyed

A great place with kind and friendly staff, well worth stopping here if you are nearby. The beer garden is very pleasant.

Nice decent price hotel with great restaurant, pool area and breakfast. Recommend for short stay.

Always greay food and service. Highly recommended

Nice restaurant, close to train station

Two things that take the service easily to 5 stars - allow guests to pay with cards in the restaurant/bar as it is currently only cash and offer breakfast a little longer on the weekends (currently 7-9 all week

Really clean and cosy room: huge Bed and perfect shower. The staff is very kind and breakfast is varied both 3 days. I recommed it.

They have a quaint restaurant and bar on the ground floor that doubles as a breakfast room for those that have breakfast included

Great hotel tucked away in a residential section of Ostrava. While the rooms are not huge, but they clean and modern

Was great. Nice staff, clean rooms and whole hotel. Tasty and fresh breakfasts.

A very nice hotel with really friendly staff. Nice cozy rooms well equipped.

Guarded free parking 🅿️ on site. Pet 🐕 friendly for the reasonable money. Highly recommended to taste beer 🍻 from the tap and fries 🍟 in the restaurant

I was staying one night in the interest of the service. Good location easy to get good food and last but not least quiet. Wi-Fi didn't work well in room, but otherwise OK

Wonderful place to get the rest during your journey. Maybe old fashioned interior in corridors and restaurant, but the room was modern, clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly

I really liked the kitchen. Food was excellent. Rooms was more than enough for one night. Private and safe parking. Very near the motorway. Would recommend.

For one night stay suitable. Car parking on site, at restaurant disches in normal quantity and quality, local beer good. Rooms modests.

Decent place to sleep overnight. They close kitchen early so if you plan to have dinner there, check in between 15.00 and 16.00

The best option in Poruba! Super owner and access 👊🏼🆗

Very good hotel with very good quality

The history. The staff. The restaurant. The service. The dog friendly atmosphere. The interior. The breakfast. The parking. Everything was perfect.

Really nice interior, very competent waiter, delicious food, nice prices. 10/10.

Their breakfast was good but It didn’t have a large selection. They had a warmer that had fried sunny side up eggs, sausages that looked like hot dogs and scrambled eggs

Every time I stay in Ostrava I try to stay at “Zameczek” and have a dinner in restaurant. Strongly recommended:)

It was not only one of the best hotel experience I had lately (firt time in a while the hotel looked exactly the same on Booking and in live), but also absolutely stunning food experience! The restaurant serves local dishes prepared in modern way

A friend in Ostrava booked this for us. What a surprisingly, wonderful place. You go up and down stairs, through rooms, corridors and a huge hall lined with animal heads. Everything was so old and solid looking

The penzion located 10 minutes' drive from Svinov train/bus station and 25 minutes drive from city center. Everything is very clean and they clean the room every day

Beautiful clean guest house, the owner very nice and helpful. I will definitely use it more often. Large clean rooms, air conditioning. Outside pool, pergola for sitting. Peace and quiet, balm for the soul.

There is a fridge and a kettle in the room with some teas available, which was very nice and useful. There are also cups, glasses and some cutlery

After 15 minutes of walking, there is a street with stores, restaurants/and pubs

Very pleasure pension! Good rooms, testy breakfasts, attentive hosts

Very good place for accomondation in Poruba Ostrava
