Of all the hotels I've stayed at in Europe, this one is the most well-equipped and excellent. The rooms are beautifully appointed, luxurious, and clean. The staff are also very friendly. I'd love to visit again if I have the chance. Unfortunately, the only photos I could take of the hotel are of the indoor tennis court visible from the window.

Good location, great breakfast. The only negative thing, there is a spa facility but its a separate company so even just to use the pool you need to do reseevations.

Decent place. When we first checked in, the windows in our rooms had been left open which led to the rooms being filled with bugs, hundreds of them. The rooms are good, meeting 4-star standards. The windows are soundproof, so you can't hear anything from the street. You can sleep well at night. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The hotel seemed recently renovated and was very clean. However, the glass door handle of the shower was missing, leaving a hole through which water splashed outside during showers. I informed the front desk about this issue when I checked out today.

Hotel was in a quiet but central location with good transport links on the doorstep. I found that there were no issues with the self check-in but I did meet other guests who did. Make sure the hotel has your correct phone number and international dialling code and you'll be fine. Breakfast was basic but everything I needed. Very clean and convenient for the train station and the old town. Room small but has lots of amenities for self catering. Bathroom and shower small and dimly lit, but everything works. No reception desk which was fine except JustIn key was sent a bit late , which had me concerned. But would stay there again.

This place feels like a large hotel but in fact its part of a large building also home to offices. The hotel reception is situated inside something that resembles an old-fashioned bank teller....more security than a warm hello! I had an apartment that was huge, clean, and tidy, although looked and felt a little dated. The location is good, next to the cathedral and quite central.

It was my first time at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was nice and friendly, the assigned parking was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant on the other hand was a disappointment. Really great hotel. Excellent room furniture and equipment - the designer did a great job. Great breakfast - be careful with coffee - is stronger than standard. The price level is at higher range for Olomouc city. There is spa and massages as well but didn't have time to enjoy it.

Checking in was supposed to be self service. The hotel sent me instructions via booking.com but the terminal took two minutes to try and locate my reservation but timed out. If you are looking for a cheap hotel in Olomouc, this is your best option. Close to train and bus station. Tram stop in front of it. Check in with kiosk is a pain, but there is always someone on the phone who can help you.

I’m absolutely delighted with this place. The pension is located in a well-maintained historic building. The rooms are very clean, with a comfortable mattress, and the bed linen and towels are fresh, fragrant, and in perfect condition. The reception staff were very kind and professional. Breakfasts were wonderful. It’s definitely a place worth recommending, and I’ve already saved it for my future stays

We had a wonderful stay here while on a biking trip. We arrived late, but the gentlemen at the reception had already made flexible arrangements for us to check in without a hitch. The room was excellent, and breakfast on the terrace in the morning was perfect. The location is unbeatable.

I had a terrible time trying to book my train ticket to Prague, because the Regiojet website was not working. The young woman on the front desk--I wish I had gotten her name--absolutely bent over backwards to help me, and in fact I was able to book the ticket with her help.

The location is remote, but the price is reasonable compared to hotels in the city. The money saved can be used for taxis and there is still some leftover. The quality of the network connection is very poor and I can’t connect to the Internet.

Pretty dated hotel located quite far from the city centre. There is nothing around this hotel except one big plant corporation, so it's really quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly and breakfast was decent.

This hotel has a lovely retro charm and a personality of its own. The room was well equipped with everything we needed, and while the bathroom was small, it was spotless. What a lovely place to stay at! A little hotel by the local zoo and forest, where in the morning chirping birds wake you up. A great place for a break in your long trip.
