Super nice hotel and location

The location is great, the other things less Water pressure in third floor bathroom is low, WiFi is low, a little bit dark. Breakfast is good, location is wonderful.

The president suite is amazing. Im also a geologist, and I was told the Owner is the same. I can see the influence of the decor based on this. The suite was so well suited for a romantic weekend. The bathroom was amazing. The view from both the main rooms was great for views of the main zizka square.

Hotel Nautilus is a rare example of a hotel which truly delivers on every level .The location is perfectly placed on the edge of the main town square , so it is easy to walk out and find restaurants and shops a short walk away . The overall interior design of the hotel is extremely attractive with original features from the historic building . but also with many bespoke fittings ,original paintings...

Nice big room with a comfortable luxurious bed! Staff were all very friendly and wonderful particularly Mr Jiri Benes whom we found out later is the General Manager! He was accommodating and made sure that we could still have our breakfast even though we were late and the staff were already clearing up. I’ve stayed at the Nautilus twice for about two weeks each time. It is a small and beautiful hotel on a corner of Tábor’s town square. Tábor itself is a lovely and interesting small city a few hours south of Prague. In the US the Nautilus would be called a boutique hotel for its elegance. The rooms are large and silent with comfortable beds and lots of light. There is a terrific breakfast buffet...

Great location, good views from the hotel. Small room, there was only basic toiletries. For the price of a small hotel room I would expect some extra supplements like a hair conditioner, body lotion or small items such as hotel slippers, bathing caps, shaving sets, dental kits, cotton swabs, or at least tissues.

We spent New Year’s Eve at the hotel. Sumptuous dinner, friendly staffs and clean environment. They have fun facilities to enjoy with family and kids. We had a perfect view watching fireworks too by the window.

Visited wellness during the Christmas time. The place is stunning. There's a great spacious sauna as well as many other facilities to enjoy and relax, including jacuzzi, massage, and lovely beds for relaxation . You can also refresh yourself with drinks served right there . Overall great place 👍

The location of the hotel is excellent- just around the corner of the main square in Tabor. There is parking on the outside of the hotel and a public parking space nearby. The rooms are airy and large with a big sitting group (sofas and several chairs) and a gigantic bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. Stayed here for a long weekend with a large group of over 50 people and the hotel ensured a very good experience. It is located steps away from Tabor’s old city and its famous chocolate and marzipan museum. Most of the rooms are very large and comfortable and they especially excelled in the meal buffets. Their staff was very hands-on helpful even over Easter weekend.

Located close to downtown, 300m only. Big free parking place in front but if hotel is busy can be tricky. Friendly staff with good Wi-Fi and big rooms. Food is okay, nothing special. For extra zip can use wellness. Value for money hotel, recommended.

First and foremost: in case you like to meet a great host...go to Grand Tabor and meet Ilona. She knows exactly how te be a natural friendly host. The hotelrooms are truly ok. The breakfast however (surprisingly also prepared by Ilona!) is wunderful and in a cosy room which is also reception. I was running late due to a delayed train and I spoke to reception to explain I may not be there before reception closed. The very kind receptionist who spoke perfect English arranged to put the keys in a coded box for me on the outside of the property and then sent me the details of how to access the key. We went here for a weekend and it was very nice stay. The bed was VERY comfy, the bathroom tidy and nice. We selected the room DELUXE Secese and it was truly much larger than the classical Superior room that friends of us had. Also the bathroom was much more spacious. 100 % worth to pay up for that. Had an amazing stay at Grand Tábor. Beautiful place. Rooms were very comfortable and the amenities were just right. The breakfsst was perfect with much variety and the quality was great. The Young female receptionist that were there in the evening when we arrived were really nice, polite and good in english. The older women receptionist that were there in the morning at check out should not work in a reception because she couldn’t speak english and not service minded. Good service in the evening at check in where she moved us to another room because we asked. Visit july 9th-10th.

I stayed here for 2 nights and found the hotel a little basic in some areas but the bed was really comfortable and certainly the hotel was very clean and certainly somewhere I would recommend the place. The hotel is effectively part of the Indian Restaurant which also serves some lovely food in the evenings so that takes care of dinner!

An just ok place to stay for a night. Rooms and building could need some refreshing. Breakfast ok minus. Wifi very stable and fast though 👍

Liked: Beautiful location and views from rooms over the large lake, with eagles flying overhead. Very friendly staff in reception and at the restaurant onsite. Disliked: Rooms are quite small and basic in decor. Breakfast is quite basic with not a lot of choice, particularly for fruit. Breakfast items not replenished by staff, one morning we turned up at 8:30 am and there was no cheese or ham left...

Super sauna a welness 👌👍

Simple hotel, nothing special but not expansive, quiet, beautiful nature around. The breakfast is simple, and always the same. At the reciption they speak german. You can park you car by the hotel. Berries in the forest and good way to walk along.

Great food, we dis bot stay in the hotel

We had a great stay! The hotel has been renovated since the earlier reviews, and the pool was a delight. There is a gym and sauna accessible as well. The staff was extremely friendly and quite understanding, considering we don't speak Czech. The breakfast and dinner hours are great, and we had delicious food every night. We were also quite happy that we were able to bring our dogs along for the family...

Fabulous cuisine, great pool, helpful staff and wonderful trips around the area. Absolute satisfaction from our stay. We didn't even want to go home.

The hotel facilities are a bit older, but the staff are all very pleasant and helpful and the restaurant is top notch.

The hotel is located in a quiet area on the edge of the Pisek Mountains Nature Park, just 15 minutes' walk from the historic center. The room was clean and had a terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet offered a wide selection, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. As a bonus, you can use the sauna, pool, and gym. We would love to come back. The location is good for hiking, the hotel has a pool and tennis court. This part was really good. I found the bathroom disappointing, there was hair in the shower and on the floor, someone else's shower gel - what means they didn't clean it properly and the door of the shower's cabin was broken. Old carpet and the terrace was shared too, so you couldn't really leave the door open (now it's almost...

Nothing extra but for 1 night OK. Good dinner in the style restaurant.

The rooms are totally forgetable, though you get all what is expected. Kind of cheapy equipment, but rooms are larger than currently seen. Noisy outside, so difficult to open the window. The Walter in the restaurant gets you wine without asking what wine you like, bottle or glass. This was really strange. On the other hand, the chodce for breakfast is pleasant.

The accommodation was very nice, but we had to stay on the top floor and it was very hot.

For my needs I used this hotel as a place to sleep and have breakfast. Otherwise I was out all day. My main issue with this hotel is the lack of air conditioning. I arrived and it was 32C outside with only a flimsy fan that I had placed so close to me while I in bed you might think I was wearing it like clothing. So if plan to stay here and it’s going to be super warm I would look for other options...

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The people at the desk were super helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. It was a great place to stay.

Very nice hotel next to a lake, clean, the staff was very nice, helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was also fine, clean, coffee, tea prepared. The room was not big and what was missing in the heat was air conditioning. Overall a good place, at a realistic price and it is also important that here you did not have to pay in advance, but upon departure.
