Good service - very kind. The biggest room I've ever seen ~ 30 m2 and cells above 3m. Location is fine too - near to center, 10 mins by foot.

Alright hotel It was a good hotel, good location, limited parking. I couldn't park my car there so book in advance. Was good size rooms but my room had a damaged shower head so there was no pressure for me to take a proper shower

The room was really nice - best shower ever! The one meal (dinner) I had on site was good. Staff was all nice and really helpful. Had a nice massage in the wellness center, which is also really well done. I’d definitely return.

Nice hotel The hotel is beautiful, all the areas are clean. The staff was nice, helpful and fast. Everything is perfect except the soundproofing of the room. I've been woken up in the next room since 4:30. You can hear absolutely everything, including small noises such as the mobile phone charger being pulled out of the socket. Putting things on the table, etc...

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. If you’re here, definitely book a spa treatment for yourself. Breakfast was incredible. No AC, so the room was quite hot at night but other than that, a very comfortable and restful stay.

Conveniently located in a pleasant neighbourhood, in the center of town, it is modern, very clean, with big bedrooms and very comfortable beds. There are 2 restaurants. One, the so called Garden restaurant and then the old beerhouse/brewery which serves traditional meals at reasonable prices. It also has vegetarian options. Considered the best restaurant in town, it has a cosy ambience and good food...

Refurbished hotel with focus on details. Large rooms very comfortable, spotless and quiet. Bathroom equipped with shower compartment, bidet ,WC and attractive toiletry . Traditional brewery restaurant offers very tasty local and international menu. Lounge with movable glass walls is also very nice place for relaxed or business talks, too. Good location and Very friendly staff they are always smiling helpful, Really enjoyed our stay , big spacious room and large en suite . Also enjoyed the dining room service was expensive but convenient

A pleasant hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. There is a restaurant on site serving good quality meals, good beer, and effective mist cooling on hot days on the terrace. Nice view from the window. Unfortunately, the breakfasts are of moderate quality.

Overall a decent experience. The hotel is nice with an amazing view and is well situated. However, the beds were WAY too soft. It takes away from the quality of the room. The breakfast was very average. The receptionist was an older woman who was kind but did not attempt to speak English which should be the standard nowadays.

I've not looked at other reviews, but I suspect a few might comment on the noise from the cinema across the street (Until 11pm), or the shower which can be warm rather than hot, but why they get my 5 stars is simply the service. I've stayed here a number of times, and they cannot do enough for you. My car is securely parked, breakfast is always a hearty buffet, and my evenings are spent in the Hotel...

Nice hotel with bar and restaurant. Bedroom modern and tidy but on the final night of our stay we had no hot water and when I complained all I got was "sorry there is nothing we can do" Upon checkout I complained again and got a 10% discount off my final bill which I accepted. Breakfast was good except that on 2 mornings they ran out of bread! Dinner in conservatory was very nice Don't pay for car...

The room and the breakfast were very nice. The hotel was closed when we arrived around 1pm but after a phone call one of the staff came to open the door for us. Check out is at 10am and check in at 3pm. I suspect that the hotel is closed between those times.

Stayed hear while travelling across Czech. Rang late to the hotel (around 9pm) and was still able to get 3 rooms. Staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was the room was a bit hot and opening the window there was street noise. The others in out group were at the back of the hotel and they had cooler and more quiet rooms. Old but nice building. Has powerfull Wi-Fi, good breakfast and big parking lot. Was a great experience. Also the guy at the reception speaks sufficient English

Uncomfortable bedding because basic box spring with simple board and not very thick mattress. Too bad for a hotel where the bedding should be the most important. Decent breakfast and cleanliness too.

Perfect location for exploring the town and visiting the thermal bath. The stuff is very nice and the breakfast very delicious.

Hotel with the good location for the retreat trip. Located near the park zone, so Thermalium, center of the town, 2 shopping centers, theather - all is in the walking distance. We had a nice Sweet room - double bed with 3rd bed for kid (as per request) and minor living room together with kitchen (mini fridge, microwave).

We took the apartment for 3 people for a period of 2 weeks. Stay here was comfortable and nice. First they gave us a small apartment in the first floor, but I told them it was too small for us and they immediately and professionally responded to our complaint and gave us the bigger apartment in the ground floor for the same price. The Hotel is really really like an apartment. Very Complete. I book 1 room for 2 persons with really afordable price. Two Days only 2000 Koruna. Inside my room, Bathroom, Living Room, and Bedroom are bordered with doors. Very pleasant. In the bathroom there is big bathtub and it's really awesome to soal here The living room was quite amazing too, because there is very complete kittchen set there...
