After our wedding in Prague, we took the train here to spend a honeymoon weekend. We told the hotel it was our honeymoon and booked the Presidential Suite. They made it a most romantic welcome with red roses. The suite had two balconies and a luxurious bathroom and bathtub. It was incredibly charming and comfortable. We've loved the Monopol restaurant for many years now and it's the main reason we visit Teplice. The hotel had a direct entrance to the restaurant, making it a perfect companion for anyone who wants to eat in there. We also had amazing massages at the wellness in the hotel that left us feeling perfectly relaxed. It was truly a wonderful stay and we have recommended it to all of our friends and visitors. This lovely hotel, wellness and restaurant is quite an experience!

The room was really nice - best shower ever! The one meal (dinner) I had on site was good. Staff was all nice and really helpful. Had a nice massage in the wellness center, which is also really well done. I’d definitely return.

The prices are excessively high and the service is usually unpleasant. The most inconvenient thing of this restaurant is the noise, it’s very distracting to hold a conversation while the chattering from the waiters and customers is a constant loud ambient noise. There is too much echo in this place and to that, it’s added that the waiters keep interrupting to offer more things while the food is still served. I didn’t enjoy it here.

Nice hotel
The hotel is beautiful, all the areas are clean. The staff was nice, helpful and fast. Everything is perfect except the soundproofing of the room. I've been woken up in the next room since 4:30. You can hear absolutely everything, including small noises such as the mobile phone charger being pulled out of the socket. Putting things on the table, etc...

I was there for 2 nights during a bussiness trip. Very nice hotel, clean and big rooms with everything you need. Perfect service. A nice bar with good drinks, the restaurant downstairs was really perfect. Good food, good beers. I will come again 😃👍 5 stars from my side.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. If you’re here, definitely book a spa treatment for yourself. Breakfast was incredible. No AC, so the room was quite hot at night but other than that, a very comfortable and restful stay.

Conveniently located in a pleasant neighbourhood, in the center of town, it is modern, very clean, with big bedrooms and very comfortable beds. There are 2 restaurants. One, the so called Garden restaurant and then the old beerhouse/brewery which serves traditional meals at reasonable prices. It also has vegetarian options. Considered the best restaurant in town, it has a cosy ambience and good food. There is a parking . Recommended.

Really nice hotel in a surprisingly poor area of Teplice, with amazing distance to the city center. Unfortunately we were there for one night only and there was a birthday party in the top restaurant so we didn't taste the local kitchen at all (we didn't want to sit in the beer cellar) and we didn't have time to try the wellness part of the hotel (the receptionist promised my wife she will be able to use sauna, but when we got back from dinner, it was closed already, which was a bit disappointing), but I'm sure if we stayed longer the experience would be worth it. Also, there is a really nice, big and cctv covered parking area for hotel guests.

Sauna and Wellness closes at 21:00 instead of 22:00 as advertised. Not easy to use when you have to work late. Laundry service is very fast and good though. Make sure you don't get a room with a single bed on the first floor, where a noisy machine polishes the floor at 6:00am
