The room was really nice - best shower ever! The one meal (dinner) I had on site was good. Staff was all nice and really helpful. Had a nice massage in the wellness center, which is also really well done. I’d definitely return.

Nice hotel
The hotel is beautiful, all the areas are clean. The staff was nice, helpful and fast. Everything is perfect except the soundproofing of the room. I've been woken up in the next room since 4:30. You can hear absolutely everything, including small noises such as the mobile phone charger being pulled out of the socket. Putting things on the table, etc...

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. If you’re here, definitely book a spa treatment for yourself. Breakfast was incredible. No AC, so the room was quite hot at night but other than that, a very comfortable and restful stay.

Conveniently located in a pleasant neighbourhood, in the center of town, it is modern, very clean, with big bedrooms and very comfortable beds. There are 2 restaurants. One, the so called Garden restaurant and then the old beerhouse/brewery which serves traditional meals at reasonable prices. It also has vegetarian options. Considered the best restaurant in town, it has a cosy ambience and good food. There is a parking . Recommended.

Sauna and Wellness closes at 21:00 instead of 22:00 as advertised. Not easy to use when you have to work late. Laundry service is very fast and good though. Make sure you don't get a room with a single bed on the first floor, where a noisy machine polishes the floor at 6:00am

Refurbished hotel with focus on details. Large rooms very comfortable, spotless and quiet. Bathroom equipped with shower compartment, bidet ,WC and attractive toiletry . Traditional brewery restaurant offers very tasty local and international menu. Lounge with movable glass walls is also very nice place for relaxed or business talks, too. Staff very attentive We will come back and recommend this hotel to other travellers

Out of my hundreds of hotel reviews this place deserves rare five stars. Owners have invested a lot here, everything is fresh, stylish and of high standard while preserving tradition and history. Our presidental room had huge bathroom with freestanding bath and walk in shower. Wet room was as big as a bedroom. The only minus was lack of proper wardrobe and no chairs on the balcony but other things make up for this. We have stayed for 4 nights, visiting Beethoven thermal baths (excellent facilities) and also enjoyed hotel wellness offer with unique beer baths and massages. Breakfast was more plentiful over the weekend than during the week but everything was fresh. The staff is there when you need them. Hotel has 2 restaurants - we prefered traditional Moravian one and ate there each day as it was unbeatable. Really wonderful place to stay and stand out for me amongs my multiple travels. The value was excellent for the standard offered. I would happily return.

The hotel is rated 4 star but i would personally say three. The room in the old section of the building all the way down the corridors are quite retro. A bit old smell. Facing the court i had piggeons allover the window sill waking me up at 5am. Bathroom equipment old. No paper tissues. But on the contrary the hall the restaurant and breakfast area is renovated, plenty of style and modern. Great breakfast.
