Had such a great vacation at SunScape LaRomona. Nice beach and pools . Always something going on day and night .

The property was clean and not crowded. The food was excellent. We stayed there not for two nights prior to our cruise, so we didn’t have opportunity to explore too much. However, we do not think upgrading to the Sun Ckub was worth, compared to similar upgrade at one of Hyatt’s resorts in Mayan Riviera.

We had a very nice stay! Food was amazing, friendly animation team that was taking care of fun nights and we had very lovely waiter in the restaurant. Onery always greeted us with huge smile and provided the best service! I hope to come back soon.

Amenities being replaced within requesting, food safety standards met in buffets, some staff understanding language barriers should not play a role in service. Sunclub membership should be held for sunclub members only, no supervision for what is paid for and described. Alot of non members using the Amenities for sunclub

The grounds were impeccable. Most of the staff was pleasant, some not so much. I am from the United States, Chicago, very few people spoke or even understood English. That made it very difficult to communicate. at one point there was an area near your lobby that the grout was missing and I tripped and fell to the ground and scratched up my leg. Our room was spotless, the staff were great and the food options were plentiful ! The only complaint we had was the iron, it was a struggle getting wrinkles out of our clothes ugh

Had a wonderful time at this resort. It is in a wonderful location, just a few resorts down from a national park if you want to explore some trails, with a gorgeous beach that is surrounded by tide pools. Viva Palace is beside Viva Beach hotel so that you can walk the charming treed walkway between the two properties. Both sites have nightly entertainment - singers, dancing and theatre from 8 to midnight with s disco after hours. International clientele and lots of young families. In the beginning of October I had my wedding in viva wyndham dominicus palace. It turned out to be magical and breathe taking. Amazing place to stay! The waterfront area is so beautiful with all of the infinity pools and there’s plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The rooms were clean and had a huge balcony (3 bedroom penthouse). The grounds had gorgeous plants and flowers everywhere. It was relaxing and peaceful.
