Weston Suites & Hotel in Santo Domingo

The worst lodging experience and service I have ever had in my life. The staff so rude and the room was no clean and the bathroom was with a lot dust That hotel has a nightclub on the 9th floor, and they assigned us room 806, right below the nightclub. I called reception because the music from the nightclub was just as loud in our room. They told me they couldn't move us and that the nightclub closed at 5:00 a.m. We couldn't sleep at all. I had to wait until 6:00 a.m. to leave the hotel and find another place to stay. I recorded a lot video that I can send you .

I have to be a little bit brutally honest here. It makes no sense to put a nightclub on the top floor. This literally ruins the stay for all guests since they can't sleep from Thursday through Sunday night. The music is so loud you can hear it through your earplugs even from the second floor. The safe inside the room had no batteries and was falling off the wall. The shower did not drain properly. The kitchenette had a stove but no cups, plates, cooking equipment, or anything so you couldn't use it. The toilet seat always falls down. There were other things too but I can't remember everything. I sincerely hope they correct these things for future guests. If you have another option, it would be good to consider what I mentioned above before staying here. The breakfast was good but sometimes was cold when it came out. It would be good to learn some Spanish before coming since the staff doesn't speak much English at all.

And music keep playing very annoying
Doesn't worth to stay at this hotel ..they have .more priority's to the people at the club instead to take care of the real guest

If I can put zero stars to this hotel, I wish I could! Im extremely disappointed in the treatment I received in this hotel and here are the reasons why! First off, I was falsely charged for a HOTEL TOWEL, which is complimentary given by the hotel to use by the way so I was extremely shocked to receive this charge. They claimed it had a “stain” which I never saw and when I asked to speak to the manager, the person was nowhere to be found. The front desk staff was incompetent and unprofessional to respond to my concerns and questions. They NEVER apologized or even gave a valid reason from this “stain” they somehow found in the hotel towel which was completely false and there was no proof or evidence. The front desk receptionist literally said “pay for the towel and take it home if you want” …Again, I was charged for something I did NOT do! Secondly, at the time of breakfast, me and my family HAD to notify staff there was no more breakfast so they can bring out more (this was after we patiently waited for staff to add more breakfast to the buffet table which never happened until we had to get up from OUR table to ask them to do so) and lastly, my parents AC stopped working in the middle of the night around 2:40 am. The overnight staff did not know how to fix it, finally found someone & took forever to fix it and my mom almost fainted from the heat and humidity. Not only did me or my family had complaints but other guests also had complaints and the staff failed to help out. If you plan to stay in this hotel, please plan to stay ELSEWHERE. It is NOT worth the money or time to be honest. The staff lacked professionalism, etiquette and respect. No apology or form of understanding was ever given at the time of my checkout from everything that happened and I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this hotel. WORST HOTEL EVER!
