I loved this hotel, but the platform charged me a hefty fee, $30 more than booking directly with the hotel. Please be aware of this.

The environment is great. The fifth floor is the executive lounge, which offers breakfast and snacks, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat on your way home from work. The Jacuzzi in the room is also fantastic, a great way to unwind after a long day. The pool is nice too, but unfortunately I didn't have time to swim.

Compared to other hotels, the price-performance ratio is quite good. Aside from the constant knocking on the door and the average breakfast, everything else is fine.

The bed is the most highly recommended feature. It's very soft, and lying in it feels like being enveloped in a blanket; I even fell asleep while wearing a face mask. The room is spacious, and the area near the entrance is very quiet. The environment is pleasant, and you can often hear birds chirping. We encountered a thunderstorm, but the sun came out again. The best value hotel in Santo Domingo. The park is beautiful, the food is good, and the hotel rooms are quite large. Suitable for a stopover during a vacation. You can buy a lot of cigars, but the city traffic is a bit congested.

Overall, the hotel left a good impression, The room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel has a great pool and spa. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

This is my third time using this Hotel in our trips to DR and every time that me and my husband came here our experience is better with All of you guys.

Good location, limited parking, great service and attention. Nice pool with no heater but nice view. Good service at bar, good breakfast and the view of high level is amazing.

Nice hotel. Wouldn’t stay again. But it was nice. The restaurants and the bar on first floor are very elegant. The 3rd floor rooftop pool wraps around the building which is pretty cool.

Good area and spacious rooms. Don’t connect your Dyson in the rooms because electricity will get into protection mode and A/C won’t work.

We have stay here a few times and is a top notch hotel . Highly recommended. This hotel is very well located and very well maintained. Highly recommended

Rooms don’t open so it’s impossible to get outside fresh air and change the one from inside the room. The pool instead of being a quiet place where to relax it’s a disco with a DJ that blasts the music at very high volume. I asked to lower it a bit down. The people at the bar and the DJ rolled their eyes, lowered it for a minute and then they raised the volume once again.

Excellent service. Breakfast staff very friendly with a variety of items for breakfast. Germayonni , was an excellent hostess at breakfast. Rooms were excellent with a great view of the ocean. Hotel staff were customer friendly and made the stay a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything at this hotel was incredible! Seriously from the rooms! And the service out of this world. Roxanna especially was the best server. Yisel provided us with wonderful service. She was very attentive and created a beautiful birthday moment for my daughter. Our whole family was very happy with the experience.

The hotel staff are quite friendly and speak both English and Spanish with clarity. My room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was very reasonably priced. On-site restaurants were convenient and quick with service. The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible from anywhere in the city.

The stay at the Barceló Hotel was great. The lunch (buffet) for dinner and breakfast was exceptional and the service employees were always eager to help. Mr. Bautista Rowero was very friendly and helpful, gave us a big smile and offered us immediate help with our luggage which made our stay so much more pleasent.

Bautista Romero provided great service as did Christopher in the pool bar. Hotel was perfectly located, clean and lively. Pool was pretty and relaxing and family friendly. Room service was attentive.

Staff members were awesome. Made my birthday special, by surprising me with a personal cake after massage. Food is excellent and amenities are top notch

I had a great experience. Very comfortable bed and the service was excellent. I would stay again.

Breakfast was good. However the hotel had a lot of deferred maintenance.

Excellent location, staff were super attentive, answered all our questions immediately both before arrival and while staying.
