power on and off, shower from above unit leading into bathroom, had to beg for towels to wipe up floor, windows do not lock, no safe, shower 50% salt water, won't go back. they've opened a small food bar, not stocked, had to park outside, roaches in room

It was the worst vacation ever .We booked one bedroom unit in February 2023 for two weeks. When we arrived, they didn’t know who is Rci , when I showed the Rci reservation , they cared less . They kept asking me what a room number . Because it’s not a resort it’s apartment building . Eventually, they showed us the room and it was under construction,stove was missing and shower didn’t work . We refused to stayed there , they showed us another room. couch pillows was missing It was dirty, kitchen was broken , ac didnt work , it was quite late, and we decided to sleep here one night, and then go find another place tomorrow. Also, they didn’t let us to park our car inside, because we are not residence .We have to park outside on the street and it was really dangerous. next morning we found Airbnb . I called Rci and complained , they shouldn’t send anybody there , it is really a shame that RCI I have this place
