This hotel is a beautiful spot near the Monumento. Fantastic views of a thriving city. All the staff were on top of things. Dominicans know how service is done. Restaurant was delicious

Unforgettable stay in Santiago I stayed at this hotel with a direct view of the Monument to the Heroes of the Restoration, and it was simply amazing. We didn't have high expectations for this hotel, but we left really pleased. The rooms were neat and clean, and the service was excellent. The restaurant was really good; we had lunch and breakfast, and it was delicious, and the servers were friendly and professional. The location is super convenient, and the view is definitely a bonus

We were a group of 4 adults in a doble bed room. Prior to check in I requested that the AC to be on before I entered the room. It was granted, so the room was ice cold when we got to it. Check in was fast and easy. The front desk person was very friendly. The parking lot guy took our luggage and brought it to the lobby. The hotel is very clean, cute, and everyone seemed happy to work there. The employees...

The facilities are average. Anyway, foreign hotels can't be compared with domestic ones. I booked an executive room, but I don't know if they arranged an executive room for me. Anyway, it was a very small room.

Good value for money. But the sheets had a hole, a cigarette burn. The shower tube was leaking and the hair dryer didn't work. Room 218

This hotel is very clean, and I appreciated the convenient 1PM check-out time instead of the usual noon. The amenities are basic but sufficient, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable.

The rooms need more lighting for the lady’s apply the make up

The room was spotless, there was great courtesy, excellent service that went above and beyond.

Allow early check in if room is available. We arrived early but were not allowed to check in until exactly 3pm. They could be a little more lenient. Weary traveler just wanted to get to the room and rest.

The staff is very helpful, from the parking, the front desk, the restaurant. The room is small but clean, enough for me and my wife. The bed and pillows were find and an extra blanket was available there at the room, there is also a safe in the room for valuables.

Very nice staff and clean rooms. Okay for the price. Sink in the suite we stayed in did not work and there were no plates or microwave, so upgrading to the suite was a waste of money. Very convenient location.

Breakfast is very good, great options to choose from. Staff are excellent, amazing service.

The property was very clean, it was in a safe place and the staff was very professional and nice.

The check-in was very simple, the staff was great and the traditional Dominican breakfast is a very good perk.

The Hotel is in a great location and your staff is amazing, but the Hotel is pretty old and can use a face lift

Nice experience. Close to different touristic places. Clean rooms, and a variety of food in the breakfast buffet. The service was also kind and friendly. The casino is under reconstruction, but I'm not into it.

The was the best experience i had at a hotel in Dominican Republic. I sent there just for 1 day to my fiancé gets off work and i ended up staying for 15 days. This is my new family. Going back in December and surely for Festival in February and bringing my friends!

The staff was nice but the room had some bad things like the hot water didn't work and the TV.

Good welcome, front desk speaks English. Clean rooms right next to the mall

The room had poor outdoor lighting, and the bathroom had a stale odor. The staff was not very friendly. I paid upfront, but they didn’t provide any assistance in getting a refund for the unused day. I’m currently trying to reach out to the hotel via message.

My room was not cleaned enough and the breakfast was not perfect. I think it’s better to put stuff on the table that we can choose what we want. Instead of asking.

The water never got hot. The staff doesn't seem to want to offer any information. The breakfast was nothing to bost about. Now the location is good The room was clean Price was fair for the price

Room was very noisy and towels were threadbare. There is no elevator and service is served on the rooftop, making it quite a climb.

Great place, spotless, stunning Mountain Views. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the atmosphere was very relaxing, and the complimentary breakfast was great!

Overall, we had a great stay. We arrived at 2 PM and requested early check-in because the hotel is about 30 minutes from the city and I had a 3 PM doctor’s appointment, and we didn’t want to travel back and forth with our luggage. Early check-in required an extra fee, which was the only downside. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Rodrigo at the restaurant, he was incredible. Very peaceful and quiet place, and the rooms were immaculate. Views are to die for, highly recommend.

All good. Raymer in reception was very helpful getting us a spot for dinner.

wonderful, clean, amazing view to the city, excellent breakfast included with stay love it.
