I have stayed here for two months, it was like my second home, people here are very nice and always ready to help. The breakfast they gave me was according to my wish as i was vegitarian and the coffee was best, the roof top resturant is a plus point people mainly come here for birthday or any anniversary celebration loved the vibe and the helping nature of staff here.

But the staff talked loudly next to my door in the morning and woke me up.
The provided breakfast is not worth it. Could have been better.

There is no way this is a 3 stars hotel. The receptionist (Ahmed) was sexist and he tried scamming me. He said that it i hard to let a single woman rent a room and he kept giving me dirty looks. I was so tired and it was late at night. I ended up booking my room online then I got my room instead of him helping. The online booking was 30$ and he asked me to pay 45$. I tried to speak to the manager Khalid in the morning, but he was not on site. I couldn’t speak to him regarding this incident. Also, there was no heating system. I was freezing at night. The free breakfast was not good at all and the dining room was not clean. The place is old and needs renovation for a 3 stars hotel.

Pros: Location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to reach any spot nearby. The price for a single guest is reasonable for such a central area. The housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall rating: 7/10.
Cons: Room lacks some basic amenities like slippers and a safe. The mattress wasn't very comfortable, and air conditioning didn’t work properly. While the breakfast was fresh and decent, it wasn't particularly impressive. Otherwise, no major complaints.

One of the worst hotels I have ever dealt with. The hotel is very noisy, you will never be able to sleep well. The staff are really novice and don't have the common sense. Don't recommend it at all. Save your money.

Had Diarrhea for a week after leaving the hotel. Water could be the problem. Lunch/ dinner same. Only meat was warmer, all other dishes were cold. AC Hot water as on your luck. No wifi in room, Have to go to receptionist and ask to switch on. Could not lock windows, door cannot lock from inside. At least the lift is working.
