Noras Beach Hotel in Port Said

I have no complaints about the hotel itself — the facilities, cleanliness, and staff were all perfectly fine. However, there is one major issue that completely ruined the stay for me.

The hotel allows the padel court to be used throughout the entire night. The noise from people playing late into the night and even early morning is extremely loud and constant, making it impossible to sleep.

If you are planning to come here to relax and rest, unfortunately that may not be possible due to the continuous nighttime activity on the padel court.

I strongly suggest the hotel introduce restrictions on nighttime use of the court or implement better sound control, as this seriously affects guests who are looking for a peaceful stay.

Low quality resort. The suite is old with crumbling furniture, a stinking toilet, crawling and flying insects of various species, no towels, and unclean bed sheets.
The only positive is the air conditioners in the rooms--they work perfectly well.

The worst thing is the guests themselves; most of them are not just loud and littering all over the place, they're vulgar and cursing each other all the time, and they annoy and harass other guests too.

While the resort was overall a terrible experience, in all fairness I must commend its location in the city's best area.

Not recommended for families.

The newly renovated rooms are clean and comfy. The location of the resort is remarkable by the seaside.
Other than that, everything is below average.

*We paid TWICE for the breakfast *Though polite team, they are NOT cooperative when we argued about why should we pay for breakfast twice *ROTTEN BREAKFAST.. Cheese was rotten we left a sample to reception to make sure. Not open menu as someone went out the hotel as buyed 40 EGP breakfast and we paid total 1000 for both nights for breakfast.. So silly. *cafeteria man let us sign a paper with the food we ate????? *we were 4 adults and one kid.. We paid for all of us. They said kid should pay separately for the breakfast. WHERE ON EARTH kid pays again for breakfast in any hotel in the world. Since I paid once why should I pay again. *clean room, though I found hair on my blanket * kids pool was not renewable water, I doubt they clarify it on hour basis, cuz I found hair and insects and baby jelly nose on it while swimming with my kid. * extra fees if you want to set on beach * HORRIBLE KIDS AREA. all of it was broken *the other two pools was either too deep so no one was using it. Or too shallow so it was super busy.. So we HAD TO use kids pool only during the stay. **WHEN WE CONTACTED BOOKING TO COMPLAIN WE DIDN'T RECIEVE ANY FEEDBACK DURING STAY. PLUS THE COMMUNICATION WAS SO HARD THROUGH PHONE. I PUT MY RESERVATION NUMBER THE RECORDED MSG SAID THERE IS NO RESERVATION.

Clean room bathroom was ok view is nice see view but customer service is not that good put us in building have construction and the workers sending and painting through our stay and I didn't like that and I called twice complete until this stop the construction until we leave

Room not cleaned once during 3 night stay. No working internet connection. Staff in reception not professional or friendly. When leaving early in the morning to catch a train staff make problem because I am a western woman, even though I am traveling with my Egyptian husband. Say we need security detail to escort us to train station. We had just spent 4 days around Port Said without one... Look for another place to stay, there are plenty.
