Great view calm stay nice staff

I have to start with the excellent service from the reception to the. Leaning staff. The breakfast buffet topped the score. Rich healthy and all in between. The nespresso machine was serving all types of coffees but was nesspresso. Thanks to all for your curtesy. The dinner at the 6th floor was a bliss. Staff friendly and meals excellent.

A great hotel, but it lacks important services and facilities, such as an indoor pool, as well as a spa, a barbershop, and a coffee shop.

The Hotel is very clean, the Beach is very Good,Breakfast is very perfect.

Amazing location, polite staff but you won't get 5 star amenities unless you ask for them. For a double room, you may find one toothbrush and no slippers. No welcome fruitbasket in the room. They have everything but apparently don't care to provide the service except if you ask for it. The hotel is very nice. The staff members are friendly. The rooms are clean but small not that large. The breakfast buffet is nice and the food is good. It is very good place to stay in Ras ElBar and definitely Ill go back and stay thier again .

Good afternoon! We spent 3 nights after celebrating our wedding. The staff is very kind, helpful, decent, and respectful. The room was great with a wonderful view of the Nile River. It was amazing. The location is perfect, near to everything and less noisy. We got a great breakfast in our room. The beach is very near to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you so much, all.

Good place to stay and the staff there are treated with kindness, the rooms are clean and the view is excellent, especially the upper floors, and they serve a good breakfast as well.

The hotel is well-located and it is easy to navigate to any place in Ras el bar from it. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar. Surfaces were dusty and the floors underneath sofas and beds were not clean. We ordered housekeeping on our second day and thankfully they took care of everything.
