The hotel is very nice. The staff members are friendly. The rooms are clean but small not that large. The breakfast buffet is nice and the food is good. It is very good place to stay in Ras ElBar and definitely Ill go back and stay thier again .

Good afternoon! We spent 3 nights after celebrating our wedding. The staff is very kind, helpful, decent, and respectful. The room was great with a wonderful view of the Nile River. It was amazing. The location is perfect, near to everything and less noisy. We got a great breakfast in our room. The beach is very near to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you so much, all.

Tips for development:
There was a spacious area infornt of the hotel full of dogs ( not nice as a view) but it was OK but not safe for kids
Pool needs to be heated and cleaned
Rooms needs to be more clean as I had it filthy some how
My visit was in spring so there was no noise in pool cuz it was freezing out there

We were a group of 7 people, and stayed for 2 nights . The hotel location is ideal , overlooking the Nile ..The hotel itself is very neat and clean , the rooms are very well furnished and equibbed . There is a huge swimming pool and a pier overlooking the Nile. Breakfast was good , with a huge variety to suit every taste . The staff were very attentive and helpful. Overall, the rate was very good value for money . We had a great time in the hotel and in the city in general. We will definy come again here , and we recommed this hotel in Ras El bar .

Good and cooperative staff. Rooms are good, clean, and organised well. Recommended for both single and family vacations.

The hotel is presumed to be 3 stars; however it is definitely a 2 stars hotel.
There is a lot of noise emerging from the swimming pool that belongs to the hotel.
The curtains are too bad and do not close properly; so sun light floods the rooms as early as sunrise and the curtain textile is easily pierced by the light besides the impossible to coapt curtains.
Breakfast is an insult !!
Very few towels !!
Overpriced for the level of services; and they compel the customers to reserve another room for the kids !!
The front desk is not cooperative !!
Not recommend at all.

This property doesnot have a private pool .. this pool is for anyone .. and the pool is very crowded and dirty !
Also there is two restaurants ..they donot allow me to enter the luxury one for breakfast.. and only bad restaurant is allowed .. it looks like the luxury one is VIP ! ..

Not the best view because of the pool underneath, but the staff and receptionist were helpful. Still seeing the river once I open the curtains, was a good experience
