At the front desk, Mr. Osama and Mr. Bilal, assisted by Mohamed, were exceptional. Beyond being welcoming and professional, they genuinely care about you as a guest. They handled trip bookings, arrangements, and logistics with great attention to detail, always prioritizing safety and comfort. They took care of things I wouldn’t have even thought to ask about, making sure everything was perfectly organized and worry-free. Their willingness to go the extra mile truly sets them apart. The cafeteria and restaurant team—Karim, Mohamed, and Ibrahim—deserve special praise. They were consistently friendly, courteous, and attentive, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Service was always prompt, and their positive attitude made every meal more enjoyable. I would also like to recognize Said, a young man in room service, who works incredibly hard and with great dedication. His effort, politeness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and truly added to the quality of the stay. Overall, the hospitality, courtesy, and genuine commitment of the entire team to walk the extra mile made Penguin Village Dahab feel more like a home than a hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dahab and would happily return again.

Great location with very helpful staff. My room had a big terrace and overlooking beach/sea. Room needs some refreshing especially the wardroom and the bathroom. However price/quality is excellent, despite the noisy neighbourhood.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The place was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is also great – close to everything. Breakfast was fresh. One of the best hotel stays I've had. Highly recommended, and thank you for the excellent service!

Now I know where should I go in Dahab 😊absolutely was awesome place,very friendly staff ,was feeling it like my home , very good location to many things ...I got a room with a sea view and I was able to see the sunrise from my balcony 🌅 ,and the price was affordable to my budget compared to others...I love it 😀

Great location with an excellent restaurant and dive shop. Easy to walk around. It’s an active area so it can be a little loud with music but once we closed our doors and windows we were fine. We had a great view of the Red Sea. The staff are very friendly. There is free water so make sure to bring a reusable water bottle. We had a great stay.

My stay at Penguin Village was nothing short of amazing! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect,if I had any concern, it was resolved within seconds.

Need a car? It’s there in no time. Want to book a trip? Their coordination is flawless, always connecting us with the best and most trustworthy people in Dahab.
One of my favorite parts was their cafeteria right by the beach,such a great spot to relax. The view of the sea from there is absolutely fabulous! It was the perfect place to enjoy a meal or just chill.

A special thanks to Mr. Hany, who is truly the heart of the place. His dedication and care for each and every guest is clear,he ensures that everyone feels comfortable, welcome, and valued.
This definitely won’t be my last time,I’m already planning my next trip back! Highly, highly recommended.

The location is so strategic, room is so nice and the employees are very friendly. It was a very nice stay for over 5 days. Hotel even provides an itinerary for activities with an affordable price. Last but not least, thank you for Mr Hany, who had taken care of us during our stay, he always makes sure that everything went well. Thank you so much and hoping to have another stay on next trip ☺️

I stayed at the hotel recently and was really impressed with the cleanliness.
The room was spotless, and both the bed sheets and towels were of a high standard.
The bathroom was exceptionally clean and came with complimentary soap and shampoo samples.
There was also a kettle with tea and coffee available in the room, which was a nice touch.

The location is excellent — it’s very close to the promenade and just a short walk from the beach, which made everything super convenient.

One of the highlights of my stay was the warm welcome from Hany at the reception — he was very polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could be improved is the quality of breakfast. While it was clean and generally okay, I feel the quality of the food could be a bit better to match the rest of the hotel’s high standards.

Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely consider coming back.
