My friend and I had an unpleasant experience at the beach. We used the paid beach at this hotel, which costs 150 LE. The staff was rude, forcing us to leave the sunbeds. One of the employees addressed us in an overly familiar manner, calling me “friend,” touched our belongings while moving them from our sunbeds, and was generally impolite in communication. This left us with a very negative impression. I will not return to this beach, and therefore, I will not recommend the hotel to my friends, even though the hotel itself might be excellent. However, such treatment from the staff is unacceptable to me.

Hotel is recieving non guests on beach for 150 LE which makes beach very busy , room service is awful, breakfast chef limits number of eggs to one egg per guest the issue is that he asked me how many eggs you want i told him i need two then he told me only one allowed; then why did you ask !! all stuff are unprofessional they speak dirty , even room towels are shredded, don't believe social media videos it is a big lie that we fall in

Terrible Terrible experience , they took our room and gave it away to another guest when we already reserved the room , Terrible experience and the manager is very rude and never admit his fall even when all the staff admit that he is wrong

The hotel is very nice … great location first raw to mama beach 🤗 we get out from the room and jump in to the sea directly amazing… also behind the hotel the commercial street all services available … the room is comfortable… the food is good and tasty … there is diving center near by in front of fayrouz hotel you can book all water activities with good price … the staff is very decent and helpful especially Mr Peter from the reception .. thank you .

Pros - great location, on promenade but quiet, beach front, with its own beach & beach restaurant, staff is super nice, helpful, 2 small bottles of water each day in room, room clean, comfy bed with quality bedding, quiet a/c, with roof terrace, hotel pool & kids pool clean and nice. No WiFi at first, but when mentioned they sorted it out. They have ping-pong table, diving school and security guy at front and back entry.
Cons - breakfast items don't change, rather simple, noisy fridge built in a wardrobe so cannot be unplugged, near by is speaker for prayers, so forget good night sleep if you are a light-sleeper.
! Be careful when paying - my room was 40EUR for 2 nights, had 15USD and asked how much is the remaining in EGP. Reception guy told me it is 1750EGP (that equals to 35USD), which I paid, only to later check and find out he overcharged me as I should have paid only 25USD. So I paid extra 10USD. And I am sure he cashed this money for himself.

Kanabesh Village Beach has become our family’s cherished morning escape. The tranquil beauty of the beach, coupled with the refreshing sea breeze, makes it our favorite spot to kickstart the day. Every morning spent there is filled with joy, creating memories that we hold dear. Kanabesh Village Beach has truly become a special haven for our family, and we look forward to many more mornings of seaside bliss.

Why only 3 star? Deserves 5. I marry/kidnap the cook! Amazing! Finally a place, where they know how to prepare fish. And all other food was tasty. This is a big praise from me, a picky gourmand. Best location. You have everything: beach, pool, balcony, shops, bars, disco, very nice staff, who gave me room when I just walked in without reservation.
