Very positive experience. Very comfortable room with an extra-large bed and a wide-screen TV. The room has several shelves for storage. Food at breakfast and dinner is excellent. the view from the room is beautiful. The room is well aerated and air-conditioned.

LOCATION Ain Sokhna and the JAZ Little Venice resort is approximately 2 hours from Cairo airport. It is a beautiful complex but there is very little around you. If you are looking for a lovely, relaxing, chilled out place then this is it. It is a serene and peaceful resort. The staff were so helpful and friendly and I cannot say enough about them all. Special thanks to Mohammed the restaurant manager and Mohammed the pool and bar manager as well as Khaled the Man City fan! We went to the private beach and on some days were the only people on it. On a few days there was a conference where it got very busy but other than that it was very very quiet and after the chaos of Cairo and Luxor was a welcome break and chance to unwind and relax. ATMOSPHERE Whilst there is music playing around the pool and live music during the buffet style dinner - that is the only onsite entertainment available so if you are looking for evening entertainment or onsite activities- apart from Golf, this would not be for you. It really is a site for those wanting to truly kick back and relax. ROOMS We had a suite and it was wonderful- very large sitting area with tea making facilities, a fridge, tv and doors to a balcony and patio seating. The bedroom was huge with a super king bed and more double doors to sun loungers - all overlooking the pool and providing some of the most incredible sunrises I have seen. VALUE We stayed for 5 nights half board and it really is excellent value for money. I booked my airport transfers via Remo Tours who were prompt and on time both on arrival and departure. This place is fantastic, the staff were amazing. The half board was so good. After a morning of golf to come back to a great meal was very refreshing. The lounge made every evening a great place to unwind and have a bottle of wine. Siad Ali was the man he took care of us ever step of the way. Not to say the rest of the staff didn't because they were also awesome. The beach being so close was awesome for the afternoon before unwinding at the pool. If your going to Egypt and want a relaxing experience with golf also in mind this is the place.

Location is very good from Cairo ~1:15 hours. Sea water is shallow and boring for swimming. Staff are super friendly (special thanks to Mr Mohamed, the resturant manager). Facility is clean and prestigious but with few resources (one swimming pool, and one resturant). Service is very good. Nearby supermarket, but pharmacy is faraway. Not very friendly for baby strollers/wheelchairs.

The staff were very hospitable especially Ahmed at the reception, Ahmed the pool attendant, and Zaki who drives the golf cart. We felt very welcomed. Food was very tasty and fresh and a good variety. The rooms were a little outdated but clean and very spacious.
