Stella Di Mare Grand Hotel in Ain Sokhna

I stayed for two nights at Stella Di Mare Grand Hotel and paid around 800 SAR, but the experience was absolutely disastrous:
• No staff at the reception and no assistance at all for guests.
• No one provides any basic information about restaurant timings or services.
• Breakfast was total chaos – waiters literally told me: “Find a table by yourself.”
• The room is extremely old, and the in-room phone is yellowed and completely unusable.
• Worst of all: even when I called the hotel from my mobile phone to file a complaint, staff answered, said “we’ll transfer you,” then hung up on me several times.

This hotel does not deserve even one star. Terrible service, outdated facilities, and disrespectful staff.
I strongly advise against booking this property.


أقمت يومين في Stella Di Mare Grand Hotel ودَفعت ما يقارب 800 ريال، وكانت التجربة كارثية:
• لا يوجد موظفون في الاستقبال أو أي مساعدة للضيوف.
• لا أحد يقدّم أي معلومات عن مواعيد المطعم أو الخدمات.
• الإفطار فوضى تامة، والجرسونات قالوا لي حرفيًا: “ابحثي بنفسك عن طاولة”!
• الغرفة قديمة جدًا، والهاتف داخلها مصفرّ وغير صالح للاستعمال.
• والأسوأ: حتى عندما اتصلت من هاتفي المحمول على الفندق لأشتكي، الموظفون يردون ثم يقولون “نحوّلك” ويغلقون السماعة في وجهي أكثر من مرة.

هذا الفندق لا يستحق حتى نجمة واحدة. الخدمة سيئة، المرافق قديمة، والمعاملة غير محترمة.
لا أنصح أي شخص بالحجز هنا إطلاقًا.
