A cozy but slightly worn-out place to stay, right in the heart of Rakvere. If you’re just looking to rest and recharge, it does the job well. The food was simple and tasty.

Nice hotel. We stayed for one night and could not complain about anything. But - in Estonia there was 18 C and we did not need air conditioner. But if there is like 25 C, it would be a problem. Breakfast was good, especially I liked coffee. Free parking. Very good quality for that price.

My room was next to the very bright „Hotel“-sign and the curtains didn‘t help to make it dark. Fortunately, the reception lady was able to give me a new (dark) room with no questions asked. Thanks for the great service.

Great breakfast. Cozy small spa, just two hot tubes and three sauna. Room was good, but the walls are thin, so you could hear everything that was happening on the other side.

Hotel had good features such as parking, breakfast, beds. But these were negated by heat in the room (no cooling, so sleeping sweaty), poor bathroom (was flooded after showering and only warm water came from the tap), but the worst was the crappy WiFi. Lost power and was extremely slow.

Good stuff: Clean, well located, quiet, good breakfast, sauna in a room. Not so good stuff: There were several power outages, the reception was already closed, they could not care less. "Just wait and see", it might take an hour or an day, they said. There were no flashlights in a hotel! (Should be, it it also a security thing.) They did not even ask how the time in the dark went. : ( It was impossible to sleep on the sofa bed - pieces with wheels did not stay in place.

Had the room with a sauna – overall nice experience. The room was on the third (highest) floor, the sauna heated on arrival. I wish the windows had had blinds.

They were unable to accommodate vegan options for breakfast.

Location was great, close to the police museum which I enjoyed.

We stayed here on a group tour with Exodus for two nights. The staff are lovely, really friendly. Breakfast great and the best coffee I had on our trip. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The bathrooms have powerful showers. I would have given it a higher rating but unfortunately it has no air conditioning in the rooms which made our sleep uncomfortable and at times unbearable as the rooms have huge windows with thin curtains and they retain the heat. As soon as we were out of the shower we were already sweating. Not a hotel for me in warm weather.

This is a good value-for-money hotel in Rakvere. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything, especially with our two little kids’ needs. Administrator, breakfast & cleaning staff were all great.
The location is central and you can reach the main places and restaurants in 5-10min.
