The body, hair shampoo and conditioner offered in the shower were very pleasant, gentle and the hair shone! Charming Spa treatments - I tried honey, chocolate ritual and aroma massages - each completely different, meaningful, unadulterated

We traveled in summer and didn’t realize apartments are not in main building and some distance. Included parking was nice and self-catering worked for us. Spa was fine and all worked well

It is a great spa hotel. We spent wonderful time in various saunas and baths. Breakfasts are of great value: there was choice for every taste.

Everything was great, rooms clean and spa was very good. The only bad thing is that there no air conditioning in room

Favorite - Finnish juniper sauna (sauna made with juniper wood, stones for lifting spirits), salt sauna (with salt for body scrub) and cold sauna - (-5-10C degrees) which I use alternately as a contrast

One thing kind of disappointed: we got a ground floor room facing the stadium, with huge windows and even a small porch (amazing), but there were constantly people walking past our huge windows, peeking in, and we needed to close the curtains every time we needed to change or just not be on display

There's no real need for people to walk there, and just adding a divider/fence between the house and the stadium fence would stop this foot traffic and add privacy for the people in this room

Positives were that everything was simple and clear, room and the neighborhood were nice enough. Walls were a bit thin and breakfast could have had more options. All in all would recommend.

Wee needed room for sleeping and taking a shower and those things were covered. Sheets were clean towels we got. jeah the furniture was bit tired but room was clean and smelled fresh

On the 3rd floor there is a great eyelash technician I visit 😉

I cannot say anything bad about this hotel because it is really affordable and in the very center of old town. Offcourse there was loud party just under our window but hey. it was sunday early morning and summertime

Very good and cozy. I've been here many times and will come back again and again. Pleasant, skinny, yet everything you need is there. The dishes are very tasty, the buffet is eaten.

We ended up at a time when the house and the procedures were occupied by the neighboring people. The houses would need updating. The location is very good, within walking distance to both the city center and the beach

Simple new small spa and good food in restaurant

It offers variety of pools and saunas, each with different temperatures and atmospheres to suit everyone. Spa and rooms are clean, well-maintained. Breakfast has wide selections and is very tasty

The Hotel and Spa with great sauna optiins as well as the Restaurant and Breakfast are really fantastic. The only negative we can tell is that we have only booked one night.

We liked our stay at the hotel! - It was my birthday during the stay and the hotel staff surprised me with a little gift waiting in the room! That was very kind and attentive! -Good quality-price ratio

Our package included unlimited access to the Spa, breakfast and room. The room was in a decent condition even though external condition of the hotel may need renovation

- The Spa was very nice with various saunas and spacious swimming area, including various jacuzzi options. - The hotel restaurant food (dinner) surprised us positively offering multiple options at reasonable prices

Very nice architecture of the interiors -- lobby, restaurant. Very beautiful location, very green and pleasant, with nice nearby walks to the beach and natural park

Oh, and in the first floor toilet (in the room) the towel dryer is placed so that wet swimwear will be dripping on you while taking a dump

The rooms are a little basic but comfortable and OK overall. A nice stay, we would come again

Room quite small, we booked for 3 persons and extra bed was difficult to fit. Bathroom requires reconstruction. SPA center small as well. Breakfast was about average. Great location, sea view from rooms.

So, summer mornings will wake you up, unless you're used to sleep in daylight. We come from Finland, so we are very used to "white nights" or nightless nights, and it still bothers us when you can't shut the windows

Bolt, app recommended) will take you to town with only 3-4€. Finally, I must say that the pricing of 500+ € for two nights in that room and hotel were too much. Even if it is high season, I would not pay that money again

Great stay Very pleased with our stay at Tervis, room was clean, comfy and warm, bed was super comfy, had a great sleep. Breakfast good, didn't get chance to use the pool or gym but looked great too. Will be back soon :)

Good place to stay for relaxing and spa. We highly appreciated their kindness as we arrived at the wrong date but the staff managed to find a room for us. Simple but good food, spa with 4 different saunas and pool

The bed is wide and really comfortable. I also had a lovely sea/river view. The spa facilities are great. Several saunas ,a couple of pools including a proper 25 m pool

We (2 adults, 3 kids) got two rooms, breakfast and pool access for €50 pp per night. Dinner in the Kuu restaurant was excellent. The buffet breakfast is pretty good

They did not clean our room during the whole stay and we did not have any new towels as well that was a bit weird as we stayed 2 nights

Excellent Hotel Good location next to the sea. Walking distance to the city center. Sauna included in the price.

Aquapark was amazing – water was very warm, nice sauna center (for extra cost), nice water slides and many opportunities to do there (5 water slides, crazy river, waterfalls, main swimming pool with warm water, hot tubes, 2m and 4m diving and many other options)

We chose family room with family package (includes breakfast, dinner and pancakes for all the family at the hotel bar and of course access to aquapark)

Bit tired,i mean the waterpark,while there is a kids pool for younger (3y) children, there's not much to do for them. If you gave kids over 5y then it's a place for you 👍

Visited during winter for calm romantic stay. Cannot comment on activities near the hotel, because stayed only for a night during a travel. Very nice rooms, clean, specous

We really enjoyed our one night stay here. But we got to enjoy 2 days of water park as they allow you to use the water park up to 3 hours after the check out

The room was very spacious and super clean. Small TV with mainly Estonian channels. En-suite was compact but functional

Staff members were welcoming and professional - went above and beyond to make the stay of our group very special

The experience I had here during my trip from Helsinki - Pärnu along with my family, I would say that there are a lot of good sides about this place, some down sides which could be fixed, and some which would be more difficult to solve

In addition, the air conditioning cannot be adjusted manually; the temperature was set too high, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Overall, the room does not deliver the sense of luxury that the hotel advertises

The superior room was disappointing: the bathroom is very small, with mold in the joints and a shower head covered in limescale and mold, leaking and clearly in need of replacement

It’s a cheap standard model that does not match the level of luxury the hotel is trying to present

However, I did experience a minor issue in the hotel restaurant. The food delivery was delayed significantly, and when it finally arrived, one of the dishes was only partially warm

It felt like it had been sitting out for a while before being served. While the staff did apologize, the delay and temperature of the food affected the overall dining experience

That said, I appreciate the hospitality and hope this was a one-off incident. I would consider staying again, but I hope the restaurant service is more consistent next time

Hotel has two restaurants, on easier grill restaurant and other for fine-dining, both well rewarded. It also has two spa areas and outside pool area for relaxation

Lovely location right on the beach. Excellent customer service from everyone we talked with. Room was spacious and felt airy.

2 days in Pärnu Overall, my stay was pleasant and the hotel met most of my expectations. The room was comfortable, the staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were generally well maintained

There's water massage, there are various types of saunas, a warm swimming pool. My favourite was sault sauna, where you scrub yourself with sea salt in the sauna and then take an extra hot bath

Sunday evening was such a great time to visit spa as it was empty and no rush for pools

Essential but nice and clean, in a perfect position to visit Pärnu. The SPA is quite complete, with all sorts of water pools and saunas. Plenty of beauty and health treatments, even medical.

There was soap in the bathroom and a hairdryer. No hooks to hang towels whatsoever. Spa was OK, although I wish the water was warmer. Lots of beauty and health procedures, didn't give a try

Only thing missing was a hairdryer in our room, just because I forgot to bring my own. Everything else was top notch. Nice and friendly hotel staff.

Nice hotel with a good selection of breakfast, decent gym including spa facility access to Termid which is attached to the hotel. While lobby and floor lounges feel a bit dated, rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable

Thos hotel is as warm as their workers are. We found out as a coincidence and we stayed during the time that we are going to stay in Pärnu city.

Good place, parking spot just beside the corner. Bathroom has a strong smell of mold, very poor breakfast. All in all not bad with some quirks which someone may find too disappointing.

Rooms are bit tired, but the staff and the breakfast were great.

Fancy and squeaky clean apartments. Smack dab in the middle of Pärnu downtown. Watching Eurovision and listening to the locals scream-fight on the street was hilarious. The breakfast, oh my god, words fail me.

Also washing machine in bathroom, our case useful- as at least my small kids manage to get dirty everywhere. Breakfast also very good quality

Luxury accommodation with very cosy atmosphere and excellent service. Good place to be if you want to spend some quality time. On site restaurant is one of the best in Pärnu.

We stayed with kids at family suite- rooms are very clean and comfortable, kitchen well equipped if you want to cook yourself

Would definitely recommend to stay here when in Pärnu. Breakfast for 15€ per person per night is definitely too much for what's on offer, this is why we only give four stars

One staff member was yelling at someone as we arrived. In the evening, a lady staff member claimed we do not need internet in our room. A different lady in the morning demanded that we explain why would we need internet
