This hotel basks a little too much in the glory of bygone days. There's no question: The hotel's location directly on the sea and its history are fantastic. The room was also tastefully decorated with good beds. The breakfast was plentiful. But: as a guest, you don't really feel like you exist. You check in, and that's it. No further information or anything else. In bad weather, the hotel offers no indoor options. The seating areas aren't very inviting, there's no real bar area (which couldn't be used anyway due to company events), no spa area, and no cooperative venture. The hotel has a lot of untapped potential. Even a fresh coat of paint would be useful given the peeling facade. For a pure beach stay, the hotel is fine (in summer, parking costs €15 per day; we recommend a room with a sea view and balcony).

Trip.com , you betrayed us, until now you were always about euro 10 cheaper.
This time, I did not even crosscheck with other apps ; and I booked. At the same time afterwards I checked on booking and I paid euro 20 more per night.
Lesson learned : never trust anyone, do your homework before buying

I have traveled extensively for many years and stayed in various hotels around the world, but I have never encountered such a disappointing hotel. There was no extra bed in the room for three people, only a double bed. I asked the male front desk staff to handle it. He actually asked: "What do you mean? What do you want? No housekeeping staff now, etc. Almost no explanation, no guilt, no apology, not even a single human word? Generally speaking, we don't want to write too many negative comments. We always feel that everyone has a hard time. So let's just forgive others when we can. However, the man at the front desk was too rude and we had to express our true feelings to make others pay attention and not be fooled.

Good hotel but bad room design
Hotel is excellent but family room was badly designed. The bathroom had a window to the bedroom. Toilet light wakes up the whole family. Room shape is just a rectangle with no wall etc to separate kids bed from adults. Restaurant is great.

Lovely place. Cost 15 euro to park you car so be aware! Aside from that it was a nice clean and presentable hotel. Rooms were spacious and modern.

Also located right over the road from a few lively eateries! Handy!

This was a nice surprise. The hotel looks a bit old from the outside, but inside and the rooms are so nice! Our standard suite was spacious and very quiet, which we appreciated. The room also had a kettle with tea and a fridge, which is great if you are travelling around.
The breakfast options were also great. Mostly we appreciated the option for a gluten free bread, 4-grain porridge made with water (and not just milk - since we don’t drink it). And also oat milk for cereal.
The steamed vegetables were delicious.

A very pleasant stay! To our surprise we got our room upgraded. The suite was spacious and clean and we slept unbelievable well. The decoratìon inside the hotel is very stylish. The breakfastroom is also spacious and quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast much-there was everything we needed. The location is perfect. I believe the summertime is fabulous. You have the sea right in the front of you - breathtaking! Thank you. I highly recommend Rannahotel to everybody who visits Pärnu.

A hotel with perfect location! The beach is just in the front of you. Inside this hotel is very stylish. I enjoyed our stay and appreciated a lot the room upgrade they gave us. The breakfast room was spacious and quiet. The selection was good as well. The service was brilliant. I can imagine in the summrtime this place is unbelievable. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!
