We stumbled upon this place when looking for a place to set up our tent. Ant it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Tho there are small houses there you could rent, we tented on his property on designated area, which was spacious, neatly serviced (fireplace, grass was cut) and close to main hous where you can use showers, toilet, sauna and even cold pool (yes, owner is a fan of Wim...

Paradise! Our contingent of three cyclists stumbled upon this slice of heaven on a summer trip to Estonia. We received a very warm welcome, and despite our late notice, an amazing local dinner (not to mention the delicious breakfast). This was some of the best food we had in Estonia. To top it off, we camped right down next to the sea and had a sunset swim. Bliss.

Beautiful place in the middle of nature. Host made the stay very pleasant. If you want to rest and take some time off, this is your place.

So cool! Impressive villa of a former Soviet premier. Well kept and the beach next to it is amazing. Love the forest setting.

It is located in lush green forest and just opposite isolated and private beach. Pärnu is 15 minutes by cab (use Bolt - UBER doesn't work).

How do you even rate something like this? For Andropoff, 4 stars means something else than it would for a boutigue hotell in Pärnu centrum. I have stayed both in the rowhouses and the main building and the rooms are nothing special. However, the beach is right under your nose, you are surrounded by nature, get to experience a unique piece of history and even do a bit of urban exploration at the old...

I just visited for one day, there is a nice forest and a beach where to spend your day walking, also there's a golf course and adventure park nearby where to enjoy.

A former luxury retreat for top party officials in the soviet system, now it's a hotel with unique location. Breathtaking seaviews, great restaurant, beach just next to the place and quiet pine forest all around it - it's a place to experience.

One of the best places, I been, when you want to have quite time

Although it might get a little cold in the evenings, the houses are supplied with warming attributes. The hosts are super supportive and work really hard to meet the campers demands. Beds are extraordinarily comfy and food served in the main building just delicious 😋 And the presence of sauna and hot tube just makes perfect sense in any company.

Loved it. They have a big grill for use. Charcoal need to be your own. Beach really close. Only downside is that when you're in the camp houses the bathroom and kitchen is a little walk from the house.

I myself love nature and that was the perfect place to be with or without a tent. You can either yeah rent a house or be with tent. There are tall pine trees that will block mostly the hot sun and if you’re feeling hot or warm then you can visit Valgeranna(Whitebeach), few meters away from this Valgeranna Puhkekeskus

To be honest, we have visited many different accommodation establishments over the years. At least 6-7 times a year, sometimes more. But Erlendi Kodumajutus, at least in my eyes, no say 10 out of 10 points

Very hardworking host, hosts can themselves be very well off to rest !!!!

The house was cozy, cozy and spacious for our family of five. The kids had a lot of outdoor activities, we couldn't find the stuff, but the high chair and potty were available. The big terrace was a great place to eat with hot air and in the yard washed the stork. The host family lived right next door, but they didn't disturb our privacy in any way. O The given address guides the navigator to the wrong place, was difficult to find. The place was a bit unfinished for electrical work. It would also be necessary to have another toilet and shower because the facilities were meant for up to 8 people. The building with its courtyard was otherwise pleasant and the location close to the city good! 😎

The best place on this planet, it's heaven on earth, although I noticed that we were constantly taking off!!!!!!! 10/10 I'm just shocked

Large farmhouse with several rooms. A bit far from the city if you have no car. Clean and comfy but a bit overpriced. Breakfast is good. No AC.

A wonderful place for family holidays, the river is right in the courtyard, a couple of kilometers from the sea. There is a place for cooking kebabs in the yard under a canopy. Room can be booked at the hostel or at the campsite. The service is pleasant, the hosts are friendly.

Perfect place. Very comfortable and homely, steam on the wood for 5 +, near the river, 10 minutes race track. The hosts are very hospitable people.

Nice place, but there were few things that caused lower rating. First is loud music that played late into the night from the end of the camp where some guests were having a party of sorts. Second is lower standard bathroom, where there are common showers with no curtains or anything, which means that people will just lock it for themselves, and also there wasn't even a mirror. All this is for tent...

Great stay Very pleased with our stay at Tervis, room was clean, comfy and warm, bed was super comfy, had a great sleep. Breakfast good, didn't get chance to use the pool or gym but looked great too. Will be back soon :)

Excellent Hotel Good location next to the sea. Walking distance to the city center. Sauna included in the price.

Good place to stay for relaxing and spa. Very friendly hotel staff. We highly appreciated their kindness as we arrived at the wrong date but the staff managed to find a room for us. Simple but good food, spa with 4 different saunas and pool. Wife variety of spa procedures. Might be quite crowded during weekends.

No isolation in between hotel rooms. Next room had drinking party and it felt like we were in same room. We called reception and they send someone to take care of it. Didnt help, same party continued after. Not very relaxing time after spa in bed listening that noise. Too bad, overall premises are quite ok.

We spent 3 nights here. The overall atmosphere is rather sterile and ”hospitally” with long corridors and difficult to find various rooms. Our room seemed a bit dated as well. On the other hand, we had a balcony and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a good spot near the beach and old town.

The location is excellent and safe, close to the central shopping street, beautiful park and to the sea. A very quiet surrounding. The staff is friendly, flexible and helpful. My room had an air conditioner. Bathroom was clean and well equipped: shampoos, soaps and towels.

The coffee place and brisk and cheerful service is definitely a place worth 10+. Having visited for many years, I am not alone in my opinion. No experience with rooms.

A very cozy hotel in Pärnu. Everything you need is there, everything is designed for you. The breakfast was equal to a feast, the coffee was delicious. The room was spacious, had a private terrace, and the bed was comfortable. There is nothing but praise to say about the staff. A perfect holiday in a lovely villa.

Very cozy and homelike place, an excellent option for family trips, weekends with friends or city sportcamp. Kitchen with everything you need, nice garden and neat rooms with balcony. Friendly people and beautiful cat!

Relaxed and nice, domestic accommodation. The owner lives downstairs, upstairs is a room and a shared kitchen and toilet+shower. Everyone could park their vehicles in the small yard.

The owners rent the first floor of their house. 3 bedrooms with bathroom and common kitchen. The decor is very dated and the beds are moderately comfortable. The place is quiet but everything depends on the neighbors and well placed between the old town and the beach. The rooms do not have blackout curtains as in all the northern countries. Accommodation without any problems, although it is a bit far from the city center, but it is enough for a night's sleep. If you want to stay longer than 3 days, I would probably choose something else

Place was very decent and host even let us choose which room to stay in due to availability and since we were 4 adults. He was very polite and friendly and the room was huge! Only thing to pick on is that showers were shared with the top floor so had a small queue forming so to speak.

Poor ventilation and place is noisy because of floors.

You ever stay somewhere, and it makes you want to go back to the city... just to stay at the hotel again? This was one of those places for me. I did a Baltic Road Trip and stopped here, it was so comfortable, accommodating, and the owner was so kind and warm. She made me feel extremely welcomed and taken care of, and very sweet. It may not be in the city center, but it's still walking distance, and...

It's very reasonable, but of course old. For example, décor, duvets etc. Payment only in cash. No services like hostel. A big plus that you could bring to the dog (which is why we chose this place to stay). Very good location. An awkward night-time mockery by a boy stag in a second room, which of course is not the fault of the company. Somehow cute place though. More when the front lets you wait.

Friendly staff which understands also english. In the back of the hotel there is parking lot for cars but the L-cornered leadway to through the building is awful; almost scratches the car; is difficult to maneuver through it. Wifi is free and the signal strenght is 4 /5 bars in the 2nd floor. Food is good but on the expensive side (9-15 euros) considering Estonia. Clean and modern rooms. Quiet to sleep...

Villa Ammende is such a pretty historic property, a short walk into town or to the beach. My room was comfortable and relaxing, and breakfast was delicious. (Look for the wedding gown on the main floor - there's a story behind it.) Wish I could have stayed more than one night!

Stayed here as a feature stay on our Intrepid Tour. A heritage listed, old main building with lots of character but thus with stairs and design features that make an overnight stay a bit more challenging. We were able to get a garden view room not in the main building; but it was then 100 m away across rough cobbles. The floor heating in our bathroom was too hot at 29 C and we could not turn it down...

The hotel is a historical, gorgeous, well-maintained hotel. We had a large room with a roomy sunporch. The bedding was very soft and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The dining room is a lovely place to fine, as well. The location is wonderful - located in a park with both the beach and the little downtown a very short walk away.

If I say that this was the 12th time we visit Villa Ammende that should give you some indication of how we rate this hotel. Good service as usual and our room was in top condition. We had room #5, which has a nice summer veranda with big windows. It is like being outdoors, when you are inside. Villa Ammende was a wonderful stop on our trip to Estonian. The art deco hotel is fascinating in design. Our room was terrific, including having our own sauna. The restaurant was another highlight both for dinner and breakfast. All the people working in the hotel were very pleasant helpful and occasionally funny. We hope to stay here again.

The room was located in the garden villa and everything met expectations. Especially the comfortable mattress and pillows that ensured a quality sleep!

Cozy hotel close to the beach. The hostess is very hospitable. All liked it. If we are in Pärnu, we will definitely stop here.

Genuinely thoughtful hospitality experience. Hostess runs this place for 33 years already, being herself now almost 80. I liked the approach of taking of the shoes before going into your room. Keeps it cleaner for everybody :)

We traveled in summer and didn’t realize apartments are not in main building and some distance. Included parking was nice and self-catering worked for us. Spa was fine and all worked well

Very good trip. Very tasty and varied breakfast. Also dinner in hotel restaurant was delicious! It's a place where we want to come back again.

Everything was very favourable. Despite the arrival, we were quickly checked in and checked out. We liked everything . Bath complex, igl sauna and ice sauna. Also a great choice of refreshing drinks in the sauna complex.

It is a great spa hotel. We spent wonderful time in various saunas and baths. Breakfasts are of great value: there was choice for every taste.
