Excellent place for someone, who looks for nice place (with self-check in) at the heart of the city! The NICEST thing about this place even I would say is the cafe downstairs, where you can come from your room, that has operated so long in Kuressaare - fresh bakery each morning + nice & very good pricing breakfast (from omlette to pancakes) - that you can have straight from the menu, when you stay here. I love the cafeteria so much, that Im still even here and writing this review from here, too. Great for your remote/freelancer work for sure! Anyways, really good place and will come again! :) Stuff also very nice. Stayed in the single room, that has also everything you need (even your own fridge).

The hotel is located in a great area — close to the city center, with easy access to everything. Breakfast was excellent, and the café staff were especially friendly and welcoming.
We stayed in a suite, and unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the fact that the air conditioning didn’t work. Even though it wasn’t hot outside (it was actually cloudy and rainy), the room was unbearably stuffy. There was a fan in the room, but it was loud and completely ineffective — the noise made it impossible to sleep. The night was truly awful.
It’s hard to imagine how uncomfortable it would have been if the weather had been warm. Very disappointing for a hotel of this level.

Well, what can I say about the hotel? Staying in a luxury room was unbearable because the air conditioner didn't work! In addition, the windows couldn't be opened because they don't have an opening function! The fan circulates air inside the room, without changing anything! The furniture and the overall furnishings in the room don't match the name, luxury. The water in the shower stall drains poorly! The only plus is the location of the hotel.The service in the Cafe was very pleasant. The food and drinks were very tasty.

I stayed one night in a tiny attic room for €82 — unbearably hot, no A/C, just a small fan that didn’t help. Check-in was strictly at 3 PM, not a minute earlier. There’s no hotel staff — only a woman from the café who answers questions between serving customers, so you have to wait. When I asked to change rooms, they said everything was full — unless I paid €70 extra. Hairdryer in the bathroom, but no outlet. Very stressful. Not recommended.

Cozy hotel, although the rooms were a bit small and basic. The gentleman at the reception very helpful and friendly. He suggested a great place to rent a car to visit the island. It is possible to have breakfast for a few euros in a well-stocked bar / bakery inside the hotel.

Rooms 4/5 - Nice and clean. Wifi did not reach to the room.

Nice little hotel with a cafe on the ground floor where you can have breakfast served early for a little more money.
In the summer even at night you can hardly stay in the rooms because of the heat ~ attic room :(

Delicious food and relatively inexpensive! The rooms have a minimum of amenities, but clean and everything is there if you are without children)))) The staff is mostly very helpful and ready to help!
