Visited last year, we are planning this. Clean, tidy pleasant place, has everything you might need. Perhaps there was no Internet, but that's okay, you can connect to any cafe. We were even given a place to store our bicycles (we came to the race). A very positive hostess who speaks decent Russian.

Otepaa, one amazing place in Estonia. The scenery is mind blowing, lots of summer and winter activities are available, a big frisbee golf ground, lakes, hills, filled up with natural beauty. All kind of grocery shops and clothings available on a very short distance.
