We spent 2 nice nights at this hotel and the experience was very good. We had a loft room for 4 persons and it was a very nice surprise how spacious it was! Reception personnel was also very helpful and service was friendly. Good breakfast, especially eggs and bacon were perfect. Gym at the hotel is very well equipped and a lot bigger than average hotel gyms.

We had a less than desirable few nights here. The room itself was normal and comfortable, and some of the staff members were very friendly. However, we felt deceived by the hotel's amenities. First, one of the reasons we booked this place was to enjoy dinner at their restaurant (no nice restaurants anywhere near the hotel). Upon arrival, we were told the restaurant is closed and is only for private...

After some initial issues (restaurant and Spa opening hours changing to our disadvantage) we still decided to come which turned out to be the right choice. Apart from the view from the balcony being impacted by a construction project, the hotel was top class.

Cosy hotel with really comfortable rooms. The private spa felt luxurious, especially after a day of skiing in freezing tempetatures. Breakfast and dinner were tasty, service excellent and friendly. I will definitely be going back, all in all a very relaxing experience.

Coming from three disappointing hotels in Kajaani, hotel Aateli was a very, very positive surprise. The breakfast, the staff, the and room's facilities were just what I needed.

Rooms met the expectations. No noises during night so I slept really well. I worked remotely from the room and hotel internet was really fast which was a big plus.

A very enjoyable stay, especially with stellar company. The activities are tailored to cater to a wide range of fitness levels. Geocaching was especially fun.
