Thank you, Grace, for using your professionalism and enthusiasm to create such a perfect and magical Arctic Circle trip for us. From the initial communication of the itinerary to the perfect conclusion, every step demonstrated the value of customized service. This was the most worry-free and fulfilling trip we have ever experienced.

For Christmas, I splurged on what might be a once-in-a-lifetime trip with my three children. We were expecting -20°C, but it was unexpectedly warm at 1°C on the day, and we were blessed with good weather and got to see the Northern Lights – it was absolutely breathtaking! The transportation from the zoo to the resort is unclear; those using public transport can only take taxis to the park and also to the bus station, otherwise it's very inconvenient. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Upon check-in, we found the room wasn't cleaned properly, but the staff quickly addressed the issue.

The hotel facilities are new and clean, but it is difficult to get there by public transportation. There is less light pollution at night, and we are lucky enough to see the aurora. It is recommended to drive there by yourself. 

The hotel is located far from the city, about an hour's drive away. Although it is a bit far away, the aurora borealis exploded in this hotel. We stayed in a glass house and the aurora was all around us. It was very fun. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have a TV. But I highly recommend this hotel mainly for chasing the aurora and self-driving.

Despite the ongoing work at the hotel, we had a very good stay, good location for the Northern Lights, the place is clean, the staff is pleasant.

The hotel is surrounded by a good environment. The environment inside the hotel is not very good. It is a bit like a guesthouse. The breakfast tastes good. The facilities are relatively old. It is OK. The price is low

This is a very warm and family-like place with beautiful scenery nearby. It is a very suitable place for you to rest and recharge your batteries to work harder.

Average value for money Room facilities are too basic

The Glass Igloo was great but you have to walk to the guesthouse for your showers. The breakfast was great and the restaurant provided good options for lunch and breakfast. For the adventurous, you can go to the nearby supermarket and cook your meal in the sheltered fireplace. Don't forget to experience either the traditional or the electrical sauna during your stay! The place is nice, but the transportation is very inconvenient, and the room has no bathroom, so you should just treat it as camping.
