From the initial communication of the itinerary to the perfect conclusion, every step demonstrated the value of customized service. This was the most worry-free and fulfilling trip we have ever experienced.

For Christmas, I splurged on what might be a once-in-a-lifetime trip with my three children. We were expecting -20°C, but it was unexpectedly warm at 1°C on the day, and we were blessed with good weather and got to see the Northern Lights – it was absolutely breathtaking! The lamb at the Christmas dinner was also very tender and delicious. This year was supposedly the best aurora viewing year in 11 years, so I hope I can go again in another 11 years.

The transportation from the zoo to the resort is unclear; those using public transport can only take taxis to the park and also to the bus station, otherwise it's very inconvenient. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Upon check-in, we found the room wasn't cleaned properly, but the staff quickly addressed the issue.

The hotel facilities are new and clean, but it is difficult to get there by public transportation.
There is less light pollution at night, and we are lucky enough to see the aurora. It is recommended to drive there by yourself.

The hotel is located far from the city, about an hour's drive away. Although it is a bit far away, the aurora borealis exploded in this hotel. We stayed in a glass house and the aurora was all around us. It was very fun. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have a TV. But I highly recommend this hotel mainly for chasing the aurora and self-driving.

The mini croissants for breakfast were top notch! Went for seconds. The restaurant area is beautifully warm and cozy.

Rooms are well kept, just tricky to find the best place to use the hair dryer with a mirror.
