Good hotel and free parking. Breakfast was sufficient and tasty

Everything great except for uncomfortable pillows and thin window curtains. Breakfast and dinner restaurant are great.

New part of hotel okayish but old part of hotel need to refurbished asap - also pls staff ! Pay attention for breakfast not running out!

Best hotel in Varkaus city. Great Location with a big parking space. Spacious rooms with great comfort. Lighting of the room could be improved. There is no mini fridge in the room. Breakfast buffet was good. Friendly staff. Good gym for a quick workout. Sauna facilities are excellent!

All liked it. Good and decent rooms. In the evening you can have a good time without going outside. There is a sauna, lingerie, darts.

An atmospheric old building. I thought the room was very comfortable. The heat was a bit disturbing, when there was only a small fan to help. Checking in and getting into the room was easy, the instruction video on the website helped to understand the instructions very well. Thank you!

My experience with my wife .... Great , if some people can not understand the concept own fault ... and it is not simple you get a coffee machine, a TV, a air condition , clean sheets as towels so what more you want ? And both brothers are friendly and for coming. Thank you again , " small simple place But with a big heard " ....

Very nice and affordable place to stay in Varkaus. The stay was quiet and the apartment was cozy. Eggs yoghurt and etc. for breakfast was provided in the fridge.

An apartment with very good standard, and an owner that is very flexible and service minded. You can also borrow a bike for free. I would defenitly stay here again!

Best accomodation i have been during my 2 months-holiday in Finland

We stayed at Vesileppis twice this time. At the second visit, we realized we were in an older room, smaller, worn rug at the door with access by an older elevator. At the first visit, we ascended by a pleasant new elevator to a very pleasant room. The swimming pool is lovely, but I suggest calling the hotel for a room in the newer suggestion. The service was very pleasant.

Basic rooms. No fridge in my room. The cleaning rooms can improve. Moomin and pools is fun with kids.

We visited only in moomi cave, we have no opinion of hotel/spa. From cave you can get proper cold temperature cloths, this does not include shoes. There are also something else than just ice sculptures down there. tickets can be bought from lobby.

Nice place and great breakfast very busy thub but other pools weren't busy and there was 25 Meter long pool that was 125cm deep and there was gold pool between temperatures between 10-8 celcius but If u live moomins this IS a great place for you

It seems like this accommodation would be more enjoyable during a longer stay, perhaps in the summer months. Our visit took place in autumn, and the cloudy, rainy weather somewhat detracted from the experience. The room itself was pleasant. However, the transfer between our cabin and the center proved a bit challenging, particularly in the rain. Despite the availability of a shuttle bus, we lacked...

Far but worth it, this is my second time visiting the resort and it looks like they are always upgrading and growing now they have small villas that you can choose to stay in they are fitted with glass in the main bedroom that offers Panasonic view while still in bed Perfect for stargazing The saunas is so cool and one of the oldest saunas that you can enjoy still using wood to heat up

Wonderful place, surrounded by breathtaking nature, great variety of activities to do at the resort and beautiful places at short drive distances. Lovely and very helpful staff too. We are very happy for choosing to satay here for the longest bit of our Finland trip.

This is one of the best places I have stayed. We stayed in a Kuru Lakeside Suite and the view out of the floor to ceiling glass is absolutely stunning. We will try to return in winter as I think it would be even more beautiful. Cannot recommend more highly.

I clearly did not quite know where we were coming to and when I saw the place my jaw literally dropped 😁 We had a very nice small cabin with a view both over the area and over the lake, dinner was really delicious and staff was very friendly. Visiting here comes with rather a high price, but you will also get good service and extraordinary experience that justifies every cent. We are for sure going...

Lots of details and things to see. Rooms clean. Time stopped in the interior of the room for the 1970s and 80s, but that doesn't hurt. The swimming pool was a bit annoying when the water was cold (cleanliness?) I didn't swim. Coincidence took me to a place I didn’t think existed at all. It is a place worth seeing and experiencing. Host Eino in particular will be warmly remembered for the friendly reception...
