We were four people and we had an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room and balcony, very comfortable and cosy. We shared a bathroom which was OK. Being from Canada my friends did not know where to hang their towels in the shower so as not to get them wet while showering. There was no protection from the splashes.
What really was nice of the staff that they had bought 4 NEW BIKES just to accommodate my iwish to bike there.We wanted to do the "cultural loop" by bike to see the Sibelius' home, Ahola, Halonen's studio, Erkkola. and Kivi's death cottage. We were very surprised at their thoughtfulness and enjoyed our bike ride thoroughly.
Onnela is situated in a peaceful place overlooking the lake and we enjoyed our stay very much

Nice venue in the summertime. Improvement in the lunch and dinner required.
