great location and good service, average hotel that meets all our needs as a family that goes out most of the day for day tours :)

Great value for money with very clean and modern rooms. It was appreciated that the room had an empty fridge available for use. However, I was disappointed by the lack of coffee/tea amenities in the room.

The heating wasn't working, but after I complained, they offered an extra heater that worked really well. The location is great.

Everything was absolutely perfect. It's close to the city center, and the breakfast was very good – there's something for everyone. The service was also lovely.

Walking to the hotel takes 16 min. Room is large. Swimming Pool is good but opening hours are very short (limited to afternoon from 3pm to 7pm). If weekend, the pool is opened for morning too but opening hours are very short too (7am to 11am). These are not convenient. The changing room door could not be closed

The staffs were all great and room cleaning need to inform to be made. Hotel breakfast variety is ok for a few days but variety is the same and no changes even after 3 days. So basically having the same type of food after the 3rd day is boring. Amenities need to improve like no kettle and I think no body cream too. But the convenience of the hotel location is the star but do take note if booking...

The hotel's location right next to the station is super convenient. Shopping malls and restaurants are also a short walk away. The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it.

We stayed here for just one night and the location is near the railway station and most of the tourists attractions in walk distance. The rooms is quite spacious except the towels smell like long time no change.. can’t find the phone in room to contact the front desk but they did reply through email as a timely manner. Very close to the train station, the hotel design is excellent, and the breakfast is plentiful with no waiting for a table. The downsides are that check-in isn't until after 4 PM, and there's often a long queue for check-in.

The staff provided an upgrade to a master suite at a reasonable price, so that me and wife have comfortable and enjoyable overnight stay.

The bathroom had cobwebs and there was mold on the room floor. The location is good, but the hotel is quite dated.

The hotel is showing its age, and the room decor feels a little dated. However, the surrounding area is lovely, situated right by the pier. From the rooms, you can enjoy distant views of ships in the harbor. It's also very convenient, with the city center just a ten-minute walk away. The hotel service is good, and the breakfast spread is quite generous.

If you want to have a real swimming pool, the pool in the hotel is far too small. But you can have a good view from the pool. Everything else is fine, we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. They have many conference rooms, which are perfect for business meetings and other events. I really liked their sightseeing elevator; you can see the sea view from it, which is very nice.

Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. Decent hotel in a good location. Shopping mall attached with some good food options. Breakfast at the hotel was passable. Nothing fancy. To have a kettle in your room you must pay an extra $20 a night. Which we found so odd. We just ended up buying coffee from the mall. The smell that comes from the bathroom was horrendous. Spent a few days here due to attending a conference in the city. Absolutely loved the place - now part of the Hilton chain but with real underlying character. We had such a pleasant stay! The place was spotless and so peaceful. Our second-floor room offered the familiar, comforting view we've come to expect. All in all, we were really satisfied with our experience.

It's a nice hotel. Price is quite high, if there is some happening taking place. Staff is friendly and breakfast is typical for a Finnish hotel and very good. There is like smoked salmon, fresh bread, bacon, some cake et.c. Location is worth every cent if you spend a long day at an exhibition next door.

Very nice hotel, the rooms the breakfast the facilities and the service are all amazing. The only downside to this hotel is the location. It is around a 30 minute metro to Helsinki and to get into espoo you have to take a tram for 11 stops and then get on a bus for 3 which makes it quite complex to find the location on arrival. Great location next to campus & good spot to work from. I went for a run in the area and it was a beautiful part of the archipelago. Breakfast was wonderful as usual with made-to-order omelette and a wide selection of breakfast foods. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

Location, Hotel, room, and breakfast were all quite good. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go to the sauna and to the gym. Our stay was good. Warning : don't use the shoes cleaning polishing machine in the lobby it badly scratched my brand new shoes and the staff didn't give a damn about it.

Hotel ideally located to where I needed to go for business meetings. Also very close to the airport. Hotel has shuttle bus service to and from the hotel or Uber will cost about €6.50. Cabs from hotel may cost more. Just use Bolt or Uber. Breakfast is a must at the hotel and there is a huge choice from continental to to cooked breakfast.
