Great location, close to tram... easy to walk around... just behind the Viking Line's port... strongly recomend...

The bathroom had cobwebs and there was mold on the room floor. The location is good, but the hotel is quite dated.

The hotel is showing its age, and the room decor feels a little dated. However, the surrounding area is lovely, situated right by the pier. From the rooms, you can enjoy distant views of ships in the harbor. It's also very convenient, with the city center just a ten-minute walk away. Super grateful location, great big room with high ceiling. Gym and sauna room to use, very useful for cold weather. Just the main entrance step are difficult if you carry heavy luggage, and the step not clear out often, just becareful with the black ice on the steps.

The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. They have many conference rooms, which are perfect for business meetings and other events. I really liked their sightseeing elevator; you can see the sea view from it, which is very nice.

The room was very big and spacious, and the TV was huge. It was easy to get to by car. The hygiene was excellent and very clean, and the room had good natural light. The glass elevator at the hotel offers great views, and the rooftop pool, sauna, lounge area, and bar are all fantastic. They even provide an early breakfast an hour before regular breakfast service.

Walking to the hotel takes 16 min. Room is large. Swimming Pool is good but opening hours are very short (limited to afternoon from 3pm to 7pm). If weekend, the pool is opened for morning too but opening hours are very short too (7am to 11am). These are not convenient. The changing room door could not be closed

The facilities were OK but nothing more. The bar and restaurant were expensive. When our room was serviced in took around seven minutes, no sign of a vacuum cleaner. The beds weren't made either

The hotel is situated right at the city center. This time our room was at the other building, so we had to walk to another building and took a rather older lift to our room. The room is very tidy and near and spacious. The front desk was very efficient and warm.

Spent a few days here due to attending a conference in the city. Absolutely loved the place - now part of the Hilton chain but with real underlying character. My room was reasonably large and very comfortable. I didn't have any issues with the bathroom becoming waterlogged after showering. Comfortable bed with excellent pillows. Such a serene experience. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful and greenery neighbourhood. It has a big park close to it where you could take long quiet walks!

The location is great for exploring the nature outside the city by bike, and it’s only a 20-minute tram ride or a €15–20 Uber into Helsinki city center. The sea view room was worth the upgrade. However the air conditioning in the room was not very strong, and I had to go to reception to request a key to open the window. When I did, it was difficult to open and covered in spider webs.

Fantastic location, within walking distance to various shopping malls. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable and relaxing lounge area outside the breakfast restaurant, which was perfect for a quick break or catching up on some work. Despite being a bit far from my Helsinki business trip destination, the surrounding scenery and facilities were excellent. I had a wonderful two weeks in this well-appointed hotel. My only regret, however, was that the room temperature control instructions and controls were unclear, which made it difficult to sleep due to the cold. The Crowne Plaza Helsinki has an excellent location, within walking distance to city center attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and the 24-hour service is attentive. It offers great value for money, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The room hygiene was terrible. The trash can hadn't been emptied, and the complimentary bottled water had clearly been opened and partially consumed. We requested a room change, but even the new room's carpet wasn't clean.

A really great hotel! It's not far from the city center, just about a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute taxi ride. There's a small supermarket nearby where I bought a lot of Fazer chocolates for souvenirs. The breakfast was also very rich and varied.

This is easily one of the best hotels I have ever been to! The funky decor of the room was unique and the room was huge with a bar area, dining table and chairs, a loveseat, a sofa bed, 2 other armchairs, and a king-size bed.
