The host, Yves, is friendly, helpful and efficient. He was full of information for a first time visitor like us. The location is wonderful being steps away from the best and most exciting part of the beach, Le Glamour, restaurants and bars. Since we fell in love with Cap D'Agde, we have decided to visit again next summer and we will definitely be booking with Yves again. A most important note: This is an apartment located within the Heliopolis complex. Unlike Asian or American resorts, the majority of visitors to Cap D'Agde stay in apartments. Fix that expectation and the rest will be magical. If you are looking for a luxury 5 star resort, this is not it and was never meant to be it. Lots of reviewers complained about breakfast and wifi availability. Truth is, the apartment is located steps away from a grocery store and it would be easier to prepare quick and healthy meals with the in-room kitchenette. Rather than depending on wifi, there are lots of SIM card retailers at airports and a decent 20-30GB package isn't that expensive anymore. Besides, Cap D'Agde is not really about being connected with your devices since most places are not phone friendly to protect the privacy of all visitors. The room is equipped with a kettle, mini stove, and towels. Not included: Wifi, Room slippers, toiletries, and daily cleaning(I believe can be arranged at an extra cost).
