Both check-in and morning front desk were superb, both cheerful, efficient and helpful. Breakfast is very good and a very comfortable room.

Everything was great but wished I was able to increase the AC. We had to open the windows. Although, the next day, I noticed I got bit overnight :(

It was at a great location just a 5 minute walk to the Beaunne center plaza. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was special musical event at the bar/lounge that my wife and our friend were able to enjoy. I on the other hand couldn’t take a nap because our room was above the bar.
The hotel does need some TLC, such as patching up the stucco on some walls and a new coat of paint.
The room was very clean and roomier that other hotels I’ve stayed before.
Overall was happy and would stay there again.

Very nice hotel all-around. Our room was great, we enjoyed the bar area, and we ate onsite several times. Great easy location just outside the city walls.

The recent upgrade of the hotel has reinforced our preference for the hotel end we will return on any future occasion when we visit Beaune.

We really enjoyed our stay, a clean, refurbished, large bedroom and a lovely bar. Cedric at the reception was very helpful. The car parking in the back garage was good. The Location is handy, as it is near lots of lovely restaurants.

Pleasant hotel, well located on the inner ring. Breakfast buffet with sufficient choice of bread, charcuterie, egg, cereals, fruit, ... Everything of correct quality. Our standard room was quietly located with a view of the inner garden. Comfortable bed. Separate toilet in a very small space. Good shower. Handy parking in the hotel. Book in advance!

At €150 a night, you will be expecting a bit more bang for your buck in terms of room size and additional extras. However, once you get over the initial disappointment of no welcome, complimentary treats and basic coffee making facilities, you discover a clean, quirky and well-located hotel with excellent service. My reserved parking had my name on it, the receptionist and barman were English speaking and very helpful. Overall, a little pricey for its offering but perfect in terms of location and service.

Pleasant, spacious room with comfortable bed. Problems with the A/C in the room. Good location. Staff were generally very helpful, but service in the bar could be slow.
