Le Cassiden in Cassis

One of the worst value for money place l ever had the misfortune to come across. The room we were given was small and very unclean: there was a skid mark in the toilet as a souvenir from previous guests, hair in the cabinet, the dark walls were dirty, the toilet was dirty, the floors were dirty and there was dust in places were you are supposed to put your stuff on. When l pointed this out to the lady in charge she was apologetic ti start with, but hot very annoyed when It was evident that the filthy was all over the place. Location wise, what Is the advantage of being in town if you can't sleep at night due to the relentless noise? I personally would rather walk 5' to get to town and actually get to sleep at night and have a reasonably comfortable parking area. I have to say, the sheets seemed clean and they refunded us a 12 euros extra, the price for allowing out dog in the room. Avoid of you can.

This is the worst customer service I have seen. The people running the business on booking are inconsiderate and rude. Spend your money elsewhere!
