It's good for one night, location is pretty central and there is parking for a fee that you can use. These are the only positives. Our room was quite dirty, do hotels not clean anymore? Our walls had stains, the bathroom walls had hairs (like when you clean with a dirty sponge, there is dust and hair left behind). The walls are also quite thin and in our case we did not get to sleep well. Location and parking, the only two reasons to book, max one night.

Hotel is clean and quite basic. Good central location. Very basic room (labelled as a 'superior') set in a less than appealing courtyard.
Hotel, given lack of amenities, is more like a 2 star hotel then 3 star I feel.
I would not be inclined to rebook it.

Staff was nice and helpful. However if you are sensitive to smell this might not be for you. The odor is hard to describe, some what similar to old basement. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.

We booked a standard room at Le Concorde because we loved the location and the photos. Upon arrival we realized that room 308 is inadequate: first of all it smelled like a toilet that wasn't flushed, and secondly the shower was about the size of an MRI machine, probably smaller. We went to reception asking to be moved to another room, but were told that hotel was totally booked. We ended up moving to Grand Hotel Roi Rene, as it was absolutely impossible to stay at Le Concorde in the room we were given, and we didnt get any hep from the front desk. The fact that this room goes as "Standard" just shows how low the management standards are. Shameful!

Not friendly employer . Never smile . No light in parking . Service is very bad the one id serving breakfast totaly not friendly never said good morning.breakfast is expensive . You rent a room .they give you another .not honest . You discuss they say we ask administation .

A 3 stars to this hotel is generous, Judging by the amenities. We had a superior room which was just as described in the photos. The location is good, not to centered not too far. But I would rate the level of cleaning one star. From the moment I walked in, the floor was dirty, hair on the bedsheets, the bathroom had calcar all over. When the cleaning man came the next day, I asked in french to please wipe the floor, that's all. He dissed me and pretended he didn't understand, came and started changing the towels, walking with his dirty shoes in the bathroom and all. In the end, I took a towel, wet it and washed the floor, it turned out all black. On another note, internet was terrible, one minute you have the next you dont, it's a gamble.

Room was fully updated with a beautiful bathroom, it was also spacious and included a small fridge. Sheets were high quality and bed was comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful young staff. Our remote a/c control didn’t work when the young man at the office couldn’t fix it he gave us the one from there.

The unit was clean and importantly, quiet! Lots of three star hotels in the area, Concorde is competitive on price and value. I’d recommend it on those points, plus the excellent service. Only thing I wouldn’t bother with is the breakfast which costs extra. There are dozens of excellent restaurants just across the street in Historic Aix. For no more money go have your coffee and yoghurt or croissant there for the experience.
