We came for the Harley Davidson weekend. The view is incredible, but the place is still quite dirty and in poor condition. The pool isn’t very clean, and the lounge chairs are in bad shape. It feels like we’re in a prison with the turnstiles to access the pools, even though the gate to the property is left open all night. The atmosphere here is a bit strange

We travel a lot as a family and we never had an experience like this before. We were there for the fourth time. This time we booked through Maeva for the first time. What an horrific experience. The kids room was full of black mold. We pointed it out, only to be told that they knew, but it should be not harmful. Obviously, we could no longer use the room. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The kettle and the pans were dirty as well. The air conditioning was broken at 40 °C. We bought two fans at our own expense. The wall almost collapsed. The apartment should never have been rented out. Maeva only told us that they knew it was in need of renovation, but that this was not their responsibility, because they are only the broker. We have tried to contact Maeva several times. Apart from being told that the mold was not harmful, we were unable to achieve anything. We then left a few days earlier. This was the most unbelievable experience we have had in all our years travelling with our family and also by far the worst experience in the south of France. Therefore an absolute: never book through Maeva. The pictures speak for themselves

This place really does have my heart, such a beautiful place. The beach is clear and soft sand, the sunsets is one of the most beautiful places I have been. I can’t wait to go back and take the children

Second stay in this residence and we were pleasantly surprised by the renovations carried out, in particular the swimming pools which are much more pleasant than in 2016. The deckchairs are new, comfortable and in sufficient number at all hours of the day (in September, I don't know if this is the case in July/August). The residence is well maintained and nicely wooded. The staff at reception, the restaurant and the grocery store are very friendly, even at the end of the season. Also note: the possibility of drinking a cocktail in the restaurant from 5 p.m., which was not the case the first year we came. It's nice, because there are no bars/cafes around, unless you go to the surrounding towns by car. We had booked an apartment for 6/7 people. Like all P&V apartments, it's still quite small (and way too small for 6/7), but for 2 it's enough. Location is important to enjoy the view and avoid possible noise pollution. We were high up (Magnolia building), so ideal with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Small downside: there are no curtains or shutters in the bathroom, and the window overlooks a busy path, which allows everyone to enjoy the show! It would be nice to add a blind or something else for the privacy of travelers.

Pool was freezing, too cold to swim in. If you leave the pool area you can’t return for ten minutes which is a problem as the poolside snack bar hasn’t been open all week, you can’t eat food or drink by the pool so have to leave just to keep hydrated but then can’t return for ten minutes! The accommodation is dated, not particularly clean and dated. Our first apartment was filthy but we were quickly changed to a better one however still basic. Remote location and require Uber or rental vehicle to get to anything. Restaurant food was cold. Shop on site is great, well stocked and not badly priced. I can’t comment on any other activities as I haven’t been told about them and certainly haven’t seen any tennis courts. I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation unless updated, pool temperature made useable and the facilities actually open.

The positive points: the swimming pools The negative points: very numerous Very dirty apartment Fridge damaged door WC poorly secured Infested by ants (food thrown away several times) 2.5 hours waiting for the keys Recommended sent to P&V..

Obviously I went through an owner, hence my opinion, but I highly recommend going to the shed to join an activity run by two nice guys, Alexandre and Enzo, to serve you with a smile and make you dance, I recommend +++ ++

We stayed at the terraces the first two of July and the first two of August. The estate is magnificent and the cabin is a place where we spent excellent evenings. Our only regret is the animation, special mention to Enzo and Coralie who are two great animators, too bad the “manager” spends more time making TikToks for everyone to see than managing her animations.

Fans of the P&V villages of the South and Normandy, this is our 2nd stay in this area. We were very disappointed by the increasingly dilapidated state of the apartments (crushed insects on walls, ceilings and curtains, bathroom furniture that barely held together, dirty bathtub and shower seals, etc.). Not to mention the new access to the swimming pools by a card system which worked every other time and required us to climb a low wall if necessary. All this is a shame because the site remains exceptional, and it is well suited for a good family vacation. Small downside also for the many owners who are not always friendly towards children... So, even if we managed to ignore these points to have a good vacation, we will surely take a break from P&V for a while!
