I went to the hotel for the last 4 years as it has a great location at a fair price. However, this year I went there and I was shocked by the service. I left sunglasses in a paper bag in my room and it unfortunately got thrown away by the cleaning lady (she probably thought it’s trash). I told it at the reception and the guy told me „well you cannot prove it was us.“ He told me that if I really want I can go look for cleaning lady and look together with them in the trash. There was NO SORRY or any try to get me sunglasses back. Seriously very inappropriate behaviour. Will have to finde a new hotel for next year.

Cleaning could of been a bit better but still very nice place good safe location nice walk to the central of town people friendly. Bed was nice and comfortable good nice sleep ..the sofa was a little dated but gave it a rustic still very comfortable place no complaints 👌

I was not happy with my stay! I had called prior to make sure they have a room available and they said yes. My internet was not good therefore couldn’t book online. Had to get a villa just for myself because apparently everything else was booked up. The villa was very very old and outdated. I was not please with my stay.

We enjoyed our three night stay in a ground floor room with private patio. It was very spacious and nicely furnished with a very nice bathroom and a small refrigerator..the pool area was beautiful tho the pool was pretty cold during our visit in late September.. The staff were friendly and there was a parking lot..It was well located about 7 minutes from the Lices parking garage in St Tropez from which you can easily walk to the port and many restaurants..the hotel gets mixed reviews so we were pleasantly surprised at how attractive, comfortable and convenient it was. It was also fairly priced in this very expensive town. We highly recommend it.

Fantastic gardens and pool area set in a quiet area well off the main road on the outskirts of st tropez. Many tennis courts. The rooms are large but old fashioned with lots of storage space and air conditioning and heating. No tea /coffee making facilities or glasses/mini bar but with fridge. Ground floor rooms have secluded terraces with table and chairs overlooking the gardens. Breakfast is standard but a little expensive. Lots of parking. I liked this place.

Beautiful place, located between Ramatuelle and 2 minutes from St-Tropez by car. Beautiful pool and lunch with lots of choice

I will never return to this Hotel.
The floor is dirty and impossible to clean by the porosity of the tiles and the cement.
We do not have the opportunity to move because all the Hotels were sold out.
Our Apple charger was white and after 2 days turned dark gray.
I booked my room in January to stay in July.
And we payed the half of the price of Byblos.
Try to avoid this Hotel.
