It’s a shame I can only give 2 stars.

The location is fantastic, and from the outside, the hotel and the surrounding site are beautiful with a rustic theme.

However, the major downside is that it doesn’t function very well as a hotel. There were ants crawling all over the bathroom sink for the entire stay, even after the daily cleaning. The baby cot provided was in terrible condition, rotten and covered in yellow stains which led me to request a refund for the extra charge (which was accepted).

There was no kettle and no slippers provided to navigate the creepy crawlies.

That said, the staff were lovely and very kind throughout our stay.

The room is not too bad and the staffs of reception are good. The breakfast is very poor for 16 euros and the housekeepings are very unpolite and all the time were coming to disturb my peace. I went in Saint-Tropez to work, I spent one week at this hotel and when I was resting, all the they were coming to knock my door. My last day, I had till 15:30 to checkout and before 12:00 they came twice to disturb me and asked me to checkout.

I really don’t recommend this place. The lights in my room wasn’t working well. The hotel is beautiful but only it.

The receptionists were good and the hotel is fine but if you’re looking for a breakfast and a service don’t go to this place, there is cero service!! the waitress (Magdalena) is very rude, she seems not to understand English;
In my case when I tried to order a cappuccino she just pointed it out the coffee machine, the breakfast buffet was so limited that’s why i tried to order a scramble eggs and she said there’s not possible cause there’s a just one option a boiled egg and i have to do it myself in a machine, when she realized i was leaving she put the coffee in my table in a hurry;
people like her should be better trained. A smile, a greeting and friendly treatment is the least one expects when we visited a hotel during vacation.

I went to the hotel for the last 4 years as it has a great location at a fair price. However, this year I went there and I was shocked by the service. I left sunglasses in a paper bag in my room and it unfortunately got thrown away by the cleaning lady (she probably thought it’s trash). I told it at the reception and the guy told me „well you cannot prove it was us.“ He told me that if I really want I can go look for cleaning lady and look together with them in the trash. There was NO SORRY or any try to get me sunglasses back. Seriously very inappropriate behaviour. Will have to finde a new hotel for next year.

Cleaning could of been a bit better but still very nice place good safe location nice walk to the central of town people friendly. Bed was nice and comfortable good nice sleep ..the sofa was a little dated but gave it a rustic still very comfortable place no complaints 👌

I was not happy with my stay! I had called prior to make sure they have a room available and they said yes. My internet was not good therefore couldn’t book online. Had to get a villa just for myself because apparently everything else was booked up. The villa was very very old and outdated. I was not please with my stay.

We enjoyed our three night stay in a ground floor room with private patio. It was very spacious and nicely furnished with a very nice bathroom and a small refrigerator..the pool area was beautiful tho the pool was pretty cold during our visit in late September.. The staff were friendly and there was a parking lot..It was well located about 7 minutes from the Lices parking garage in St Tropez from which you can easily walk to the port and many restaurants..the hotel gets mixed reviews so we were pleasantly surprised at how attractive, comfortable and convenient it was. It was also fairly priced in this very expensive town. We highly recommend it.

Fantastic gardens and pool area set in a quiet area well off the main road on the outskirts of st tropez. Many tennis courts. The rooms are large but old fashioned with lots of storage space and air conditioning and heating. No tea /coffee making facilities or glasses/mini bar but with fridge. Ground floor rooms have secluded terraces with table and chairs overlooking the gardens. Breakfast is standard but a little expensive. Lots of parking. I liked this place.
