Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is nice. At around midnight I called reception for a spare bedsheet. The answer was "No" and they hungup. I wasn't sure I heard correctly so I called again. The answer was still "No". No reason given, no alternative. still don't know what is the reason for this behavior. On the other hand, the team in the breakfast lounge was very courteous and helpful.

Truly exceptional service. The front desk staff kindly offered to store my medications, which needed to be kept refrigerated—something I truly appreciated. During dinner, Aida and Manu went above and beyond to prepare a meal that met my dietary restrictions. They surprised me with a carefully prepared salmon with broccoli and fruit, taking every precaution to avoid gluten and gluten cross-contamination...

The hotel is extremely convenient if you’re flying out of Orly airport. The hotel is clean. The rooms are small, but practical and functional. My experience with the service was fantastic. The location is good, very close to the airport and clear directions through the way. The lobby and reception have good environment and vibe. The room was quite a disapointment. Walk to the terminal 4 in 4 minutes though elevator. Small entrance to the parking, we couldn't fit with our crossover, small kiss and ride, had to go in circles for more than 30 minutes, didn't have baggage carts available so getting there with our luggage was very difficult. Stayed here for a very short trip, arriving late and leaving early for a flight. Grabbed some food in the bar after we arrived and Johanna was amazing, service was quick and exactly what we needed. Excellent for what we were after!

Really enjoyed the restaurant this evening. The cute lil jars of sauces!! Loved the exceptional service by our waiter Jimmy, he was brilliant!! I love that he was super attentive to details and helpful in deciding what to get. Love that so much

Very nice hotel next to a T7 stop at Orly airport. I stayed here after a flight was cancelled and the staff were just lovely. I also worked in the lobby prior to returning to the airport, which was also a good experience. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, quiet, and the shower good. Stayed for one night and although it was a little bit pricy for just staying for a few hours It was very comfortable, relaxing and clean. I had a good time here and also the location is VERY convenient. Its super close to the airport and so easy to just walk! I would highly recommend coming here if you have a layover or an early flight!!

Excellent. This is a (approximately) 20 minute walk from terminal 3. There is a pedestrian bridge to cross, it is accessible to all as there are elevators to take instead of stairs if required. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I've had a great experience each time. My flight was at 10:30 AM, so it was very convenient to stay here the night before and simply walk to Orly airport first thing in the morning. The decor and rooms were very modern and clean. Great last minute stay at Orly after dealing with a specific airline who cancelled on us. Glad that this hotel was here for us on such a last minute basis. Walking distance from the airport so it's an easy commute over. The staff was helpful as well and spoke great English to tailor to tourists. A bit pricey for being at the airport but that's supply and demand for you.

The hotel lies in the vicinity of the airport. There are many parking places around it to book during your vacations. The shuttle-service is fast and reliable. If you arrive later from your trip at the airport you can call them. Absolutely no problem, very good.

Very pleasant stay! Our room was clean and quiet; we got a nice sleep. We really enjoyed the breakfast selection - particullary welcomed the fresh croissants which we very much missed during our travels. Staff are very friendly and shuttle service helpful.

No complaints. Breakfast was good. But WiFi password they gave us was wrong.
