Hot water was limited and shower did not properly drain leading to bathroom flooding.

Beautiful property, small and good service. We stayed in a rosemary suite which was spacious and relatively well furnished. They are situated next to the kids play area so lots of screaming and noise for those wanting quiet! They also allow dogs in all areas which can result in a lot of incessant barking! Overall a beautiful property but would have preferred out of season for a more adult experience...

Gorgeous hotel stay in a beautiful area and town nearby. Loved it. Pool was lovely, suite was fantastic, lots of catering for kids too (eg trampoline, pool table etc). Shuttle to and from town really convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Best hotel in Provence! We stayed at a villa and loved our experience.

Staff were generally very attentive and helpful. Beautiful grounds. Rooms were clean, spacious and had quality products. The restaurant/bistro has excellent food though we wished they would have more choices on the menu. The only disappointment was breakfast - limited choices for an “hot breakfast” and the quality of the breakfast items was lacking. Indoor and outdoor pools were well kept.

Overall very nice hotel. Had an issue with air conditioning. Had a deluxe room with two air conditioners but only one worked. The front desk lied to us saying only one is supposed to work. Our friends had the same type of room and had two working ones. For the price you pay here you shouldn’t be uncomfortable

Perfect central location with chargeable parking, hotel facility’s quite small so the bar area was lacking in atmosphere and the restaurant more akin to breakfast. Had to enquire and amend my reservation due to a family emergency. Communication throughout was prompt, professional and helpful. Truly evidence of a well run hotelier.

This gem is worth a visit while touring the countryside, especially for fans of Vincent Van Gogh, whose significant spots are nearby. The cuisine at dinner is delicious, and the breakfasts are sumptuous. The staff are top notch and our room was delightful.

We couldn’t recommend Le Château des Alpilles more! Our stay was perfect. While we loved exploring the charming town of St. Rémy, the beauty and tranquility of the château made it hard to leave the grounds. We spent two nights here in Saint Remy de Provence. We arrived early and were kindly welcomed to check in. The hotel staff is pleasant and the rooms were comfortable, if a bit worn. We had dinner one night at Table D'Yvan and enjoyed the food. The server, however, did not explain the dishes and left us trying to discover what we were eating. We stayed at Hotel Amandiere on a bike trip through southern France. The staff were so kind with our limited French. The welcomed us with smiles, and explained to us without difficulty how to use all the services. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have come across in our travels. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was brilliant and room/pool were perfectly clean.

Very friendly staff. The pool is nice. Amenities are ok for a spoiled American traveler;) but everything is clean. Also, don't hope to get anything complementary in expensive hotels in France:)

Went with a utracks cycling holiday. The hotel was fine but as with most logis chain hotels all that was supplied was a paper cup. I bought my own tea from Australia and asked for hot water and cups. I was given it but told they were meant to sell me a cup of tea. I spend money for wine chacuterie board etc. Really hot water???

Incredibly accommodating. Exceptional!

Nice place, but too chic for me. Not the best vibe, people were a little stuck up. I like more basic places.

The location suited us but really the hotel is like a dated roadside motel. The bed was rock hard & the pillow was more like a lump of wood with a pillow slip on. Breakfast (which we had to pay for on arrival) was very basic & certainly not worth the cost.

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and very nice room with a sitting area outside. Excellent continental breakfast. Would stay there again.

Lovely hotel Lovely room and Chantelle was very welcoming and helpful. Ten minute walk to centre.

Very nice settings, clean, well maintained and charming property. The owner Chantal is very friendly and professional. The pool is fresh and clean, the parking is secure and closed. The rooms are comfortable and modern bathrooms. We loved our stay and recommend it highly!

We stayed at Hotel le Mas Saint Joseph in 2018 (hot summer) I loved it. I especially loved how perfectly French is our host Chantal !!!. One hot morning we had breafast downstairs and Chantal was wearing a gold lame bikini with matching high heels...gorgeous woman!!! We may well be there again next year 2026!!!! Rooms are good too...
