Recently stayed at this hotel. Very disappointed with the room allocation. We booked our accommodation through *******. I paid extra for a three bedroom apartment with Mountain View. As a member of the family has disabilities & can’t ski every day. I thought a Mountain View would be nice & relaxing. When questioned the staff on the street view!! Was told they don’t do three bedroom apartment with Mountain View. Also I shouldn’t have booked with *******.! However after looking on hotel website they do offer a three bedroom Mountain View! Very confusing.

Stayed the first week in February. 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Fantastic clean, modern apartments in a perfect position. Brilliant ski locker rooms with space to hang your boots. Ski in and out is just perfect and so easy. Ski hire is situated within the apartment block which is so handy and very efficiently run. Staff very pleasant and accommodating as we required extra pillows. Lovely bar/restaurant and the food was amazing. We used the pool just once which was nice but slightly colder than we would have liked. Takeaway pizza place a few minutes walk away and the centre with all the shops and bars 10 min walk. Supermarket and rubbish bins about 1 min walk from the apartment. Would definitely recommend these apartments and would say one of the nicest places we have stayed in 20+ years of ski holidays. Hoping to book again for next year, we just loved this resort.

This is my 2nd time at MMV. The first time was in 2017 and now I've returned with my family and friends. The location is excellent for skiing, with ski-in, ski-out facilities. The rooms are clean, well-kept and suitable for family and friends. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Another facility to appreciate is the restaurant at the location, Le Bistrot de Cimes. Fair value for the price paid. I highly recommend this location. Dan

After our first visit two years ago, we returned last year with friends and decided to return this year again. We don't eat dinner outside the hotel/apartment, so eat in the apartment or in the hotel restaurant which is lovely. Still, walking to the center is just 10-15 minutes if you want to eat there. For lunch easy return skiing or lunch at the slopes. Kids can ski freely themselves if you have small(er) kids, let them ski down tkae the lift and ski down and pass the hotel again. We will certainly return next year again.

We spend our ski holiday in this beatifull residence. The room was clean, spacious with good beds. The ski-lockers are directly stiuated at the Bettex-slope, so after a 3 m walk, you are able to ski. And comming back afther a day of skiing.. after a 3 m walk, you are backj in the ski locker room again. We espacially liked the athmospere: a warm welcom at the reception, an envelope with keys and ski passes was already prepared for us, a daily a (free) snack after the ski day and as well a very nice place for relaxation at the spa. As well we liked the ski shop directly connected to the residence. They helped our sons fantastic with proper equipment. So, we were very happy we selected this place for our holidays.

Room was ready, but they wanted to charge €45 to hand us the key 1 hour before 17:00!!!!
I complained big time to the manager when I spoke to her, and they handed over the keys without charge!

When they charge this much for such poor service, I assume the low quality is due the such high demand. Very disappointed with the hotel/apartment. Just like last years stay at another similar venue in Val Thorens!

Unfortately the accommodation hosted the Polish Snowshow during our stay. With a big partytent on the sundeck and a lot of nuisance throughout the building.

What a super location, ski in and out, restaurants nearby and a spa and pool within. Nice reception area, super rooms and facilities but really must sort out the noisy chairs and tables that people like to move around at 6am. Also, the ground floor (5th) has no carpet, but yet the staff allow everyone walk around in ski boots to get to the lifts and exit doors. Can be very noisy at certain times!!

We stayed here for 4 nights in February. Pros: - the bathroom was modern, and clean on arrival - the size of the room was good - storage inside the room is good - good location for ski in / ski out - modern rooms Cons: - reception closed for most of the day, they work strange and limited hours, not overly warm when you ask questions - advertised as having a sauna (one of the reasons we booked it) but limited to being open a few hours a day, must book first, tried to use it but after 16:00 it is chargeable and no one was around at reception / spa to try and book it when we wanted to use it… - only one toilet roll per stay? We were looked at gone out by reception team when we asked for another - not even a bar of soap or basic shower gel to wash yourself with on arrival. Seems like something that is fairly standard but not given here. - lifts temperamental, one small lift down a corridor took forever to arrive - having to clean your own room at the end, a bit strange - some of the crockery was not clean in our kitchen, when I went to use it, I had to wash it up first - you have to strip your own bed and sort your own trash on leaving - had to wait 6 days for our deposit to be refunded to us after asking at reception “we will refund once we have checked your room” - room dusty under bed - sofa had some questionable marks and sofa cushions slipped a lot - beds rock hard and uncomfortable - room temperature appears to be centrally controlled, not ideal when you come back after skiing and want warm radiators. Should be able to control the temp of your own room but radiators were on at strange times Perhaps we have misunderstood the type of accommodation but having stayed in self-catering / room only apartments before I would still at least expect basics like toilet roll and a soap dispenser The stay was ok but as per the points above. Theres a restaurant on site but it’s quite a walk up the hill to get to a livelier area at night time. Would not rebook again
