As we arrived. They were closed from 12pm to 3pm so we had to sit for 3 hours outside the hotel with all our luggage with my family. The first things they mentioned when we got into reception was that we need to make sure we strip all the bedding before we leave and clean the toilets and kitchen. The rooms were disgusting , old and dirty. The shower floor had yellow stains on them. They gave us like hardly any toilet paper. I had bed bugs in my bed and when we showed this to them they said they would get a cleaning company to come sort it out and by that stage I wanted to leave the hotel and never come back. This was a terrible place to stay and not worth the money. The pictures depict a place far from what we experienced and saw. We never got refunded for the last two nights that we didn’t end up staying there which was disgusting. Please don’t book there and waste money. They are not honest.

Apartment is either freezing or boiling as the heating is very difficult to regulate. Tiny apartment for 4. Bed is a pull down double that you have to make daily. 2 x bunk beds. Linen looked old and stained. Apartment, especially bathroom, wasn't cleaned well on arrival. They expect you to clean and do housekeeping before leaving and not sure anyone cleans afterwards for next guests. Do not hire skis from them it is twice the price of doing it with ski hire direct. Lift stinks.

Excellent location. Contains everything you need to self cater. Close to super market, freezer shop, bakery downstairs. Near restaurants too and centre of Chamonix. Train station is two minutes away. Nice smallish apartment. Comfortable for four but could sleep six with sofa bed. Balcony with beautiful views of the town and mountains. A little tired but I've stayed in worse. Could not figure out the cooker but we ate out most of the time and just used the hob to cook light lunches Friendly staff with a lovely sitting area to wait for your transfer. You can leave your cases here too if you like to have a wander about without luggage while waiting. I was a bit wary of staying here as there are some bad reviews but honestly we enjoyed our stay here. Don't know what they were complaining about. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights here after reading reviews about how good the location was and was such good value for money. All self catering apartments in chalet style. Minutes walk from town the train centre bus stops and attractions. We checked in and out outside of reception hours and was super simple. Very warm and toasty after a day in the cold. Would definitely recommend.

The location is really good and close to all amenities. The receptionist are really helpful. The apartment is a liitle bit outdates and dark but overall comfortable.
