Perfect over night stop over on the way from the UK to Andorra. Plenty of parking and the town is lovely and quaint. Staff a lovely and breakfast was great

Good location. Food was nice. Breakfast was also good but the self service area was too small. This resulted in a lot of congestion. The coffee and drinks machines should have been in a different location. Not enough staff o breakfast- one person topping up the breakfast items, clearing up and registering guests for breakfast. Garage for parking was accessed through a hotel door. It wasn’t clear how to get access when it was closed. Rooms were quiet, simple and functional.

Upon arrival at 10 PM, following a delayed train, I experienced unacceptable service at the front desk. The receptionist, who was on a call when I arrived, failed to acknowledge me promptly. After completing his call, he proceeded to type on his laptop, delaying assistance and only informing me after several minutes that he needed to enter data. Throughout this interaction, he displayed a lack of courtesy, including no smile or eye contact. As an Accor member, I am deeply disappointed by this level of service, which falls significantly below the expected standards for an established hotel chain.

Just outside the city centre and not many restaurants close. I visited Sunday and the restaurant was closed. Breakfast was excellent and service as you would expect.

Stop over on way to Tunnel, on the way back from holiday. Secure parking, dogs welcome. A fabulous restaurant - food and staff not ambience. Female receptionist on arrival a bit unwelcoming, but male receptionist and the amazing restaurant staff were excellent as well as being welcoming.
