The hotel is well placed and the room clean and quite - shower was a little bit feeble and the towels always a size too small. The bed was firm and a good night sleep was had - there is ample parking outside.

The hotel is in a great location. Ask for a lake view room.

Happy Dogs. we stay here twice a year, once on our way down to South of France and then on our return. We take our dogs with us, there is a lake with a path leading around it, couple of laps and doggies happy. Swimming pool, son is happy. Parking, bar and restaurant Mum and Dad happy!! Great location and service. Staff are friendly. We do have one suggest, which is to provide a better instruction where and how to get to the hotel underground parking, since we are not from the area nor franch, a map or instruction diagram will be very helpful and easier for tourist / traveller. Other than that, we are satisfied with our stayed.

Mercure Limoges Centre is a beautiful hotel in a great location, with everything you need close by. The building itself is charming, and the rooms are very clean with tasteful décor. A lovely place to stay in the city.

Great stay right in Limoges centre! I love the big room with a terrace facing the square. Staffs were kind and helpful from dining choices to booking a taxi to the airport. I didn’t eat there so no comment on food. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Thank you.

I didn't have breakfast as I left early, however, great staff, clean rooms and a lovely spa. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

We stayed in a studio which slept 4, it was ideal for our family. Very well equipped rooms with everything you could need. We used the spa which was a bonus, very clean and quiet although on the small side it was very enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Great little hotel Very friendly staff. Clean rooms, we rented two rooms for the family one with great air conditioning and the other one in the second floor had an issue with the AC, the staff tried to helped but didn’t resolve the issue. It was warm in Mid July otherwise great little hotel

Good location. Food was nice. Breakfast was also good but the self service area was too small. This resulted in a lot of congestion. Just outside the city centre and not many restaurants close. I visited Sunday and the restaurant was closed. Breakfast was excellent and service as you would expect.

I like everything, I always stay here when I come to Limoges. Delicious breakfasts and there is an opportunity to have dinner. Air conditioning and TV work.

Floor sticky, grubby grouting in bathroom. Very obstreporous 'welcoming' staff, no smile. Not recommended for North American tourists.

Hotel very well located in the city center. Common room and breakfast very good and renovated it seems. On the other hand, the Chamber is something else. It shows that she was not very young but we still slept well. In terms of value for money, it’s very good.

On a dark rainy night a weary traveller arrives at the Best Western only to be told there was no parking space at Hotel and to find a park in the Main Street…This traveller having navigated the narrow chaotic streets on the wrong side of the road and being pulled over by the local police for going through red light was not in the mood to try parking the car….anyway Cecile you made it all worthwhile...

The hotel was convenient, and most staff were friendly and helpful. However, the lack of a basin that held water made shaving difficult for my husband and we were unable to get tea bags for the room(had to borrow from my son). SO - for the cost of the room, average really

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff were very helpful, spoke great English and made our stay very easy. Comfy beds, great pillows and a very clean spacious room! The onsite parking was really useful. Despite being right next to the train station it was quiet enough to sleep with the window open. Perfect for our needs.

great quality for the price This hotel offers really good qualities for the price. Of course, since it is facing the train station, you have beautiful views of this superbe building, but also the whistles of trains. If very sensitive to that noise, be sure to have ear plugs and it is not a problem. I was OK and would come again to this hotel. The service was excellent, the restaurant also.

Our Birthday trip to Europe The service was great. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable the pillows were good. The parking felt safe and the area. The restaurant around the corner had the most amazing steak. Good recommendation from the clerk at the front desk. The only complaints are was the restaurant was closed for no good reason and the air-conditioning didn't work very good.

The location was good just a short walk into town. The beds were comfortable and clean. Good value for money and friendly staff. The riom was a good size. The breakfast was plentiful and all nicely presented. The parking garage is secure and gave us peace of mind for the motor bike. Just what you expect from Ibis.

Basic accommodation, rooms small but clean hotel located at the top of the town. In house breakfast good choice but a lack of phone charging points usb was a disappointment. Access to the b,fast room out of hours was discouraged, lack of a lounge to meet colleagues was disappointing.

Charlotte elevated our experience. She was so welcoming, spoke perfect English(!) and was helpful, guiding us from the car park and into the hotel. She was able to give us good advice on bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was pleasant enough, clean and comfortable.

The photos always make a place look nicer than it is. The garden in the photos is not really accessible and is on the back side of the building. I parked my car in the parking lot before check-in and wanted to leave my luggage there, but they allowed me to check in right away. The room was also clean and tidy. I thought the shower head was interesting, perhaps because they're environmentally friendly. Breakfast was a buffet style, and there was a nice variety to choose from.

The third hotel we stayed in on our European road trip, a lovely hotel for a one night stopover. Wandered around the town, along the river and up to the cathedral. Highly recommend Le Bistrot Jourdan for lunch near the hotel and L’Irlandais bar for dinner near the cathedral a lovely square of bars and restaurants. Hotel staff lovely highly recommend :)

We arrived late. The hotel notified us of the access code. Room clean and adequate for us and the bed was perfect. Hotel 5/10 minutes walk from city centre taxi was 7 euro. All main sites within walking distance Many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Fixed tariffs on taxis too and from airport but if travelling light I'd recommend the bus for a fraction of the price.

Good, older hotel in a great location near the center of Limoges and the gare. No complaints about this hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Service was great. Breakfast was limited, but sufficient. Very little garage parking, call ahead to reserve.

Fab location for travelling, very very close to Limoges airport. All good there but fairly basic.

Needed somewhere to stay to catch an early flight from airport which is 3 mins walk away. Simple and basic facilities.

The hotel does not have air con and for that night in mid summer it was a problem. Other than that my hosts were excellent and coped with my poor French. The room was very clean and perfectly comfortable. I was given a fan at check in which did help a lot

Located very close to A20; the restaurant delivered a good well prepared French menu and served good beer and wine; the building design was interesting and airy; the staff were helpful and friendly.

The atmosphere and decor is really nice and would definitely go back for food. It was good value and portions where plentiful. Would recommend. I do have one niggle however and not going to mark it down as soup was advertised on the board but because we weren't residents they wouldn't serve it. They missed out on 6 x portions, non us had a starter.

Served it's purpose You get what you pay for. This served the purpose we wanted. Cheap and cheerful and did the job. No facilities in the room but there was a drinks vending machine downstairs you can use during reception opening hours. Air con was an added bonus. I had an elegance double room, it was an ample size and I had a good rest. There is a car park opposite which is handy if you have a car. Breakfast just consists of pastries, bread and refreshments but is a good start to the day and value for money. The manager will do a boiled egg if you would like one. The hotel was perfectly located for site seeing in Limoges. Parking was very easy in the car park across the road. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He suggested places to eat and places to visit. Our room was lovely, with a great big, comfy bed and lovely big windows.
