I can't rate this hotel, just that when we arrived, we asked them if there was parking, they just told us 3 spaces in a garage and that they were taken, they asked us where we parked, we told them in the avenue in front of the hotel, not very reassuring, they asked us if we had several things in the car, yes we were coming back from vacation. And then they told us that there had already been several damages. No other solution. We wanted to cancel and the hotel understood very well. We took room and breakfast, nothing was refunded to us. Very disappointed 😞., we preferred not to take any risks.

Location near station is fantastic and staff wonderful and friendly. However, the lack of facilities and trying to make a buck was terrible - no kettles in room, a lovely lobby area with tea/coffee that could have been a huge positive but instead there is a charge for any beverage (self made tea and coffee from an old machine) - make it free and create a nice welcoming area for guests to gather, rather than an opportunity to make a buck.

Excellent choice at this price range! The room was big, clean and warm. wifi worked great, the bathroom had a bathtub (loved it!) and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no refrigerator or tea/coffee in the room, but there was a coffee machine ($€) in the lobby and a microwave (!, which was absolutely great!). The location is mostly quiet (except for some loud boys gathering on a street one evening) and I mostly didn’t hear other guests „coughing“. Highly recommend overall!

Very friendly and attentive staff at the reception. They answer you quick and are very helpful. The room is okay and the breakfast offers a variety of salty and savory options, and also enough for vegetarians. Would recommend!

Budget hotel in a quiet area. Rooms are quite small and a bit worn out, bed is not big, breakfast is very poor. Very quiet, though. And in a good walking distance from train station and city centre.

The hotel is near the train station but in a quiet street, and about 15 minute walk from the town centre or 10 minutes to the tram line. The room was clean and modern however the shower was not great, not clean and no door!
Whenever someone used the shower above the drains would smell unpleasent.Breakfast was great and we could leave our luggage.
There was not facilities in the room to make a cup of tea.
We would stay again.

Locked out on the cold and windy day till 5:00 check-in time and then the clerk was late not too happy about the late check-in restriction at least the lobby should be open for your customers to get out of the cold
