A nice modern hotel. A nice modern hotel, on arrival we had a pleasant surprise of a room upgrade. It was lovely, clean and comfortable. One strange point was the toilet was rather compact, but without space for a handwash basin. You had to walk to the shower room to wash your hands. Felt that was slightly odd, but ok as only there one night.

Booked last minute as our travel plans changed unexpectedly. So happy to have found this wonderful hotel. Check in was fast, room was spotlessly clean. Bar had a wide choice of beers & wines. This is an excellent airport hotel in Clermont Ferrand however expect lots of cigarette smoke in the hallways.

I liked it had shuttle service to the airport. While I mentioned this was important at check in, I wasn’t told I needed to place a reservation for the shuttle. I did get on the shuttle by luck. It is a nice hotel with a lovely lobby.

We’ve stayed here before on our way to southern France and were really impressed with the quality of the room, the service and the food in the restaurant. This time it was just as good. An excellent experience!

The Underground car park has really steep access ramps, so very low cars might struggle. It is however reassuringly secure. Excellent stay for 2 nights. Myriad at the reception was very helpful. Lila, Assia and Ethan at the banquet made us feel at home during breakfast. Delicious cakes made by Lila. Breakfast was totally worth it. The only issue was the complication in booking the Spa. They were supposed to reach out before check in. Overall excellent experience.

Room was not properly cleaned as we could see someone had spilled a beverage and left there until we arrived. Towels were missing from the room and we had to request them. Staff was nice and we felt welcomed. Some amenities are not added to the room and instead we have to ask them. I was expecting more when I made the booking.

A very pleasant stay at the Radisson Hotel. Well located near the Place de Jaude, which is surrounded by many restaurants and bars. Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast, and fair value for money. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Nicely refurbished, spacious rooms.

Everything as expected, positively, which counts for a lot when you’re scouring more economic choices. Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast has a good choice, reasonable enough for 20 bucks. Underground parking is extra for guests (why I don’t know as it was pretty empty). Bit of a Fawlty Towers style lift (hiccups to a stop) and stairs are good exercise anyway.

Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Otherwise, very very basic (no hairdryer, no hand towels, no kettle, only one bedside table). Basic breakfast. We found it to be poor value for money.

Perfect overnight stay when crossing France from East to West.

Absolutely amazing experience at this hotel staff was so so friendly and welcoming. Perfect Cleanliness , ether in Spain at 4* were dirtier. Beds super comfy. Breakfast delicious! Definitely would recommend!

There is nothing wrong with this quiet hotel with a secure car park and easy access to the city. However, the sanctimonious claptrap written on the notice, to save them the cost of room cleaning is very iritating: "I am eco responsible do not clean my room."

Let's be fair, the hotel is old and some of the carpets are a little tired; but it's very clean, the staff are excellent, the location is good and the pricing very reasonable. Breakfast was first class.

This hotel is very conveniently located. It is clean and comfortable except for the heavy duvets on the beds and no top sheet. Even with the windows open we sweat most of the night, but it was too chilly to remain uncovered.

Nice reasonably priced hotel very close to the Place Jaude (in effect the centre of Clermont-Ferrand), but in a fairly quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast.

A classic Ibis, the hotel has small but well designed rooms with decent sized bed, great mattress, good sound proofing and blackout curtains , effective air conditioning and plenty of clothes storage space for a few nights stay. Stunning hotel. Beautifully located. Staff very helpful and kind. We were at the 4th floor and had a beautiful view of the Cathedral and city centre. The breakfast was amazing, such a big variety of food options. My kids enjoyed it as well. We don’t have pets but seem to be a pet friendly hotel. We will come back.
