It isn't easy getting the code from your booking, to access the hotel. Arrived very late and not having done an automated check-in before, wasn't aware that I would need that. Having done it once, I guess it would be easier next time.
The room was ok. Clean and bed comfortable. It was fairly small and storage limited. There also seem5to be noise until well into the early hours, not desperately intrusive, but never the less. Not ideal. Finally the air-conditioning didn’t work. Fortunately it was just warm enough to get by without some heat but a little bit would have made it more comfortable.
Overall a bit disappointing, we've used b&b hotels a few times in the past and they've been quite nice. Sadly this one fell short.

MOTORBIKES THIEVES. They gave the parking code just for somebody else to be able to steal the motorbike parked inside the parking lot. When i realize and i told the staff, they suddenly did not know any english so they did not help (they police did not did anything also). DO NOT GO THERE.

The reception staff's competence is astonishing; you'll never be safe from unpleasant surprises. If you try to reach reception by phone, you'll get a first glimpse of what you'll discover on site...

Room for 4 people booked on February 8, 2025 online. When we arrived around 5:45 p.m., we were greeted warmly and given our room codes. But surprise, the room wasn't made up. We returned to reception and the receptionist apologized (they give you two rooms for the price of the 4-person room plus free breakfast). So we went back to these rooms and they weren't made up either. We still managed. We found other rooms, but the sheets were full of hair. Anyway, we won't be going back.

Average comfort due to the cramped room, dim lighting, and deafening heating noise. Convenient location, two stops from a shopping center and a direct bus to the university.

Check in was fairly easy, as is was a kiosk with self check in. However, the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Generally speaking, the B&B rooms are of similar standard. They come with coffee and breakfast, and there's free parking at the door. 🅿️ However, the security seems average. Some rooms have windows that let you see your car. It's relatively safe, but the glass at the hotel entrance has been smashed. There's also a time limit for check-in. The front desk is closed, but there's a self-service check-in machine at the door. Both the hotel entrance and the room door require a code.
