I had a great night's sleep. The room was well-located with an amazing view. It was also very well soundproofed, which was perfect for optimal rest. I would definitely go back.

Outdated room. Only one elevator working for the entire hotel. Just one night and nothing more.

Arrived early so room not ready but very accommodating & able to store luggage to use the facilities. Free cold water available at machines, still & sparkling. A glass bottle supplied in the room to refill when necessary. Lovely balcony & beautiful views. Loungers available at the beach until 6pm. Overall a lovely place to relax & enjoy the surroundings.

The resort needs a refresh. The walls in the rooms are scratched, door frames chipped, curtains in the shower old. The outside of the building too - not well maintained: a lot of rust everywhere, elevator glass door is cracked. It will be a great place of someone pits a bit of work to refresh it.

Overall, it was a good stay, but the window insulation could be improved. On the first night, a banging noise from the street kept me from sleeping, though fortunately it didn’t happen again afterwards. The hotel is clean. I took the most expensive room. It was large but not well designed. Still, it was comfortable for the time I was there. It was ~ 7 minutes from the tram I needed. Stayed one night in our way from Paris to Alpe Duez . Hotel was very close walk from the Eurostar station . Restaurant onsite was handy for dinner and breakfast . Hotel was clean , reasonably priced and perfect for what we needed .

I've stayed here many times over the years and I was recently disappointed with the "upgraded" rooms. They removed all of the desks (now there is a free standing table not even big enough for a laptop). I will continue to stay there due to the great location next to the train station, but I will wait until the renovations are complete.

I went for a short business meeting. The hotel is clean but clearly lack from its poor location. There are few nice restaurants near and you need to walk 10 minutes or more to get anywhere interesting. Breakfast is ok. Gym and pool are ok.

Our stay at the Mercure was amazing. From checking in to check-out all staff were very polite, had a smile and made welcome during out stay. Bar is a bit expensive, though the restaurant was worth it the two times we went. It is a shame both are closed at the weekend. Rooms were clean, comfortable and serviced every day. I’m not sure how this hotel got a 4* rating. Didn’t feel clean, aircon broke (looking at reviews since at least 2023), no door look out hole, cheaply painted and wall papered rooms felt like a hostel. Walking into reception looked nice but as soon as you used the stairs to get to room it looked like a block of flats. Requires refurb.

Very nice hotel, not far from old town (10min). Small but clean rooms with comfortable beds. Other than very parfumed soap ( not great for people sensitive to smells) no other amenities in the bathroom. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. This was a full-service hotel with many excellent features. Food was excellent. Service was superb. Very helpful staff eager to please. Very clean, luxurious, and well maintained grounds. First I would like to say how wonderful the reception staff were especially Valérie, Théo and Jérémy. The Hotel Needs Better Maintenance Despite The room was clean and the housekeeper did a good job, but the overall condition shows that it needs more attention. The walls are scratched and the room could really use a refresh to justify its price. The lift is also very old and almost dirty. The hotel needs to take better care of its facilities.

Top breakfast Room fut for use Parking too expensive

2 nights stay in a road-trip to Provence. The hotel was right in the centre with excellent parking. And the staff were fabulous. But the overall shabbiness of the property was disheartening. At almost twice the price of the previous nights’ spotless and spacious Adagio in Dijon - it felt that some of the profit could be channeled into renovations.

The hotel has no ceiling lights, which is unique to European hotels. Overall, the stay was quite comfortable. The bread for breakfast was also good. The layout of my friend's triple room was a bit abstract, and the elevator was a bit small. Other experiences were good. The location was very convenient, and the train and bus stations were very close.

The sanitation is good, the room is average, the price/performance ratio is OK, the service is good, it is just opposite the train station, and it is easy to find, but there is a tobacco shop next to it, and there are always a lot of people gathering at night.

This hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Grenoble SNCF station. Correct welcome. The rooms are very poorly heated, which makes the stay less pleasant than it could have been. Breakfast corresponding to brand standards. The story telling of the mountain is much more visible at reception and the common areas than in the rooms. Family trip to visit Grenoble and ski at Chamrousse. Very well located to arrive by TGV and take the bus to Chamrousse. Clean, small and comfortable room. Breakfast very good, specially if you want to save time to reach the bus or train station.

Overall good experience, great location, 3-4 mins walk from the train station and buses to the ski resorts; except the hotel should really look at customers request carefully, we booked 2 single beds, but the beds were not separated in the first night. And they said they will separate our beds in the following morning, but it didn’t happened when we returned.

This place was just OK. I know I'm in Europe, and I know I'm in an old part of France, but the room was so tiny. I could hardly move around. I mean, you know the place is small when you can't even move your legs to the front of the toilet because you're so close to the wall. The shower was super small, too. I chose the hotel based mostly on location, but also as Best Western has a good reputation and the price was fairly reasonable. It was easy to park nearby in a public garage and a decent walk to all the sights. The room was, however, minuscule, and the shower almost flooded the bathroom. It should probably get two stars but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent city centre hotel. Quiet, comfy bed and friendly staff. The decor may not be as modern - but its got an amazing French hotel atmosphere - wonderful internal murals etc. If you want bland - stay in a chain hotel. If you want a comfortable Grenoble experience - stay here.
