Correct price / quality balance. Campanile is Campanile. Always clean, good service, ideal for a one night stop over on the way.

Friendly staff, Service excellent, rooms clean, but need a little modernisations.

Great place for an overnight stop on the way to the Alps. Rooms are clean but a bit tired, the food is great and so is the welcome.

This hotel is screaming for a make-over.... very drepressing to see. Although the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was not clean. Breakfast oké but simple.

Our room has a balcony facing tall tree. It's very nice.

Very good hotel, perfect location with their private parking, clean room, welcoming staff, great!

The usual maintenance issues continue , the lift was out of service over the whole weekend , amazing for a 4 star hotel of this quality , our room toilet flush system was faulty , it's the details that matter ! and the prices keep rising , price and quality need to match . CORRECT, SANS PLUS Sejourv sans problèmes, si ce n'est que l'hôtel étatit en rénovation, donc pas acceuillant. Il faut bien faire des travaux, c'est normal, mais cela aurait du être signalé sur le site. Donc aucune possibilté de petit déjeuner. Chambre petite mais confortable. Pleasant hotel, rather quiet for its location in the city center.

Ideal location in down-town, friendly staff. Parking a bit difficult, garage narrow and not suitable for modern cars. Room quite small but with good bed, modern TV and fast Wifi. Bathroom extremely small and shower with air-leaky window = extremely cold in winter. Breakfast lower avg.

I love the old style French buildings. Even close to the street you couldn't hear the traffic. The rooms were clean. Small swimming poor and SPA. Staff very much accommodating. There is only one menu option. No food was served in the evening on Saturday 🙁. ?

This is a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Lovely setting.

After driving from London we were disappointed to have to drive again in Order to get dinner. Otherwise a lovely stop over, lovely vineyards, fabulous room, warm and comfortable very stylish.

It would have earned 5 stars if it wasn't for the terrible construction which causes screaming loudl creaking floorboards whenever guests on top floor do as much as tip toe through their room. Avoid room 7. All they offered for compensation was to deduct a coffee from dinner.

Good food, nice service, good recommendation for a nice local bottle of wine. Super comfortable bed. Very very quiet, despite the fact that hotel is next to v busy road (triple-glazing).

Yes it is a beautiful hotel & stayed for 2 nights. Sadly the lighting isn't very bright in our room at night, although maybe most people liked that. Also, on our first day, we had noticed spiders (not many), when my granddaughter was going to have a bath. We mentioned it to the Receptionist & immediately given us another room, a lot better. The flooring in both bedrooms had slight stains but had been...

It stays a very good hotel (we come here for severals years, for stays of one night on our way to Spain) with an outstanding restaurant . Only a shame that this time the airco in the room did not function. We had to sleep with open window...and next to the train and a very busy road this was not optimal...

The staff were wonderful and so helpful, but the room had so many problems. The extractor fan in the toilet would not work, the air conditioning/heating would not turn on, the WiFi kept on dropping out and finally the electrical socket was hanging out of the wall. Not bad place when you only need to sleep. Only the blankets look like they were last time washed at least 5years ago

The only reason that we don't come back are the beds. Give us a call if you have softer beds, and we will be back. Even better, let people chose the hardness of the beds, just a suggestion. Don't know if that's possible, but that would be great :)

Value for money we have stayed here on our stop from Calais to the south many times and look forward to our buffet and wine a good nights sleep easy parking and breakfast. always pleasant staff. So easy off and back on the motorway.

Yes stayed tres fantastic -FROM IRELAND ,the three members of staff that i spoke to at the hotel in villefranche. (half hour from Lyon).EXELLENT I don't speak french, I needed a place to stay -some help with language and travel information, certainly equals anywhere in the world. BRILLIANT

Service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. The rooms could do with a deep cleaning, however. All in all it was acceptable for a budget accommodation.

Slightly odd location tucked away behind security fencing. Extraordinary dinner, spectacular menu, good wine list and great service from Marie.

We did not stay in the hotel as we live nearby. We enjoyed a delicious lunch with friends today. Excellent service, beautiful decor and cuisine of a very high standard! We will be back and look forward to the spring when we can enjoy the lovely terrace.

perfect location for a short stay especially for people travelling across to the east of France or Alpes, very clean rooms and excellent mattresses, easy parking and late check in available

The outside may give the wrong impression about this hotel, the rooms are modern and well working if simple. Staff is friendly and the downstairs restaurant is nice, especially the patio in the summer.

Good for one nigth sleep. Room looks clean. bathroom looks clean but the bathroom floor theres a foot mark and the towel is super dry and hard it will leave scratches on your skin.
