Reviews
However, my stay was significantly affected by frequent daytime maintenance noise, including heavy construction work such as floor drilling and stone crushing, particularly during the Christmas and New Year period. This made it very difficult to rest, study, or work properly.
I reported this issue several times during my stay, but no effective solution was provided, despite repeated assurances.
During my stay, I also had several interactions with a staff member or manager named Pavel, during which my concerns were not satisfactorily resolved. Unfortunately, this was the first time I have experienced this type of problem-solving approach in a hospitality setting.
Due to these conditions, I ultimately decided to leave the hotel at the end of the year and change my accommodation, even though I had initially planned to stay longer.
I am writing this review in April because I briefly returned to inquire, in a polite kind and respectful manner, whether any mail had been delivered to my previous address. However, I was surprised and disappointed by the tone and manner of the response I received from the same individual.
I strongly believe that kindness and respectful communication are fundamental in the hospitality industry and cost nothing. A warm and professional attitude significantly shapes the guest experience and makes unforgettable memories.
Having worked for several years in the hospitality sector in five-star hotels, I know there is always a way to communicate professionally and positively while addressing guest concerns.
While the hotel facilities can always be improved or renovated including the name or the furniture of the hotel, I believe the most important element is the attitude and communication style of the staff, as this is what creates lasting impressions and memorable experiences.
I am sharing this feedback in the hope that management will review and improve its hospitality practices and communication standards to ensure a better experience for future guests.
Right near the old city centre.
Supermarket is 200 metres away .
Good rooms and friendly staff .
I stayed here 6 times now ...you can't beat it for value .
My room was single, everything is clean everywhere, cleaning is daily, gel / shampoo / little replenished. The room is spacious, several light sources, there is a bedside table, there is a table for work, a large window, but at the same time the room is very warm, it was really nice and cozy to be.
I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff - both the reception staff and other staff always helped with everything.
