A lovely clean room with good French style comfy bed and clean bathroom. Kitchenette was clean and coffee machine excellent. I would stay here again

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in easy access to the old town for shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. We were very close to the tram and other public transit. The small kitchen was nice to have.

Great stay at this hotel, very convenient location. Lovely bakery across the street and easily walkable into the old town of Dijon, which is just fantastic.
Really appreciated the manager accommodating our early arrival also.

We had booked this hotel six months before our visit and had rung and spoken to someone on reception to book parking as it is limited on site, however when we got there they had no record of this and no space to accommodate us. They directed us to a public car park across the other side of town - not impressed. The bed was uncomfortable and the room had seen better days. The toilet when flushed, continuously trickled with water which was only found to be a problem when settled in for the night

There is something about it ...
It is a centraly located hotel. Lots of good things close at hand. I did not particularly like it as I never saw, nor met, anybody from the hotel during my stay, with the exception of my departure day. I had to call them 2 times, and to be honest, they always answered back, so I did not realy have any problem. And I knew it would be that way. But that, and the fact that algthough the room corresponded exactly to what I had bought and to the photo, which was the correct one (but taken from an angle which makes the room look bigger), that left me with a bitter taste about this hotel. In a way, not realy the hotel's fault, it was mainly my impression ...

The shower head is too large for the shower cubicle making it impossible to wash one’s hair as there is not enough space to keep out of the water to do so. Most poorly planned shower I have experienced.

The style of the room is decent but the room had not been vacuumed and the bed spreads were covered with dust and hair. The size of the room was comfortable though.

I did not fall asleep until almost dawn as all the loud music and engine noises from cars outside could be heard until 4am or so.

Location is convenient for exploring Dijon by foot.
